A battery plug-in device for material handling equipment, including a battery and a base that receives the battery. The battery includes a battery compartment having a bottom that includes a first plug pedestal, with a first plug connected to the first plug pedestal. The battery base includes a receptacle having a second plug pedestal, with the second plug pedestal connected to a retainer, and a second plug connected to the second plug pedestal. The first plug pedestal, first plug, and retainer secure the battery in the battery base, and ensure safe and stable current output.

Battery plug-in device for material handling equipment

The disclosure provides a pallet truck load lift portion, including a fork frame, a roof plate, and two upright columns. Each of the two upright columns includes two column plates and a column connection plate extending between and connected to the two column plates. This provides a simple but high strength structure, and an open and accessible space between the fork frame and upright columns that can be used for positioning a battery or other components.

The disclosure provides a vehicle drive system that includes a drive pedestal, a drive motor mounting plate connected to the drive pedestal, an electric drive motor assembly having an output shaft and being connected to the drive motor mounting plate, at least two bearings connected to the drive pedestal, an axle shaft rotatably connected to the at least two bearings, a drive wheel connected to the axle shaft, a chain drive assembly, and a controller that provides control signals to the electric drive motor assembly and is connected to the drive pedestal. The electric drive motor assembly also includes a first gear speed reduction, while the chain drive assembly includes a second gear speed reduction.
