An antenna, a manufacturing method of the antenna, and an antenna system are provided. The antenna includes a radiation unit, configured to receive a microwave signal from outside and/or send a microwave signal to the outside; a phase shifting unit, configured to receive a plurality of amplified microwave signal and perform phase adjustment on the plurality of amplified microwave signals; and a power division and transmission unit, configured to combine a plurality of phase-adjusted microwave signals outputted by the phase shifting unit into a microwave signal and output the microwave signal.

Antenna, manufacturing method of the same and antenna system

The present disclosure provides an antenna and electronic device, and belongs to the field of communication technology. The antenna includes a feed layer, a phase adjustment layer, and a radiation layer, wherein the feed layer is configured to transmit a microwave signal to the phase adjustment layer; the phase adjustment layer is configured to phase-shift the microwave signal by a preset phase shift amount; and the radiation layer is configured to radiate the microwave signal phase-shifted by the phase adjustment layer; the radiation layer includes at least one first radiation patch.

Antenna and electronic device

The present disclosure provides an antenna and a temperature control system of the antenna. The antenna includes a feed unit layer, a phase shifter layer, an amplifying circuit layer disposed between the feed unit layer and the phase shifter layer, and a temperature control unit layer disposed on a side of the amplifying circuit layer. The amplifying circuit is configured to amplify a microwave signal fed from the feed unit layer and transmit the microwave signal to the phase shifter layer; the phase shifter layer is configured to shift a phase of the microwave signal by a preset phase shift amount; and the temperature control unit layer is configured to adjust a temperature of the amplifying circuit layer to adjust an operating temperature of the antenna.

Antenna and temperature control system thereof

The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and antenna. The phase shifter includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a first dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes: a first base substrate and a transmission line on a side of the first base substrate proximal to the first dielectric layer. The second substrate includes: a second base substrate and a reference electrode on a side of the second substrate proximal to the first dielectric layer. An orthographic projection of the reference electrode on the first base substrate at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the transmission line on the first base substrate. The reference electrode is provided with a first opening therein, and a length of the first opening along the first direction is not less than a line width of the transmission line.

Phase shifter and antenna

The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and an antenna, and relates to the field of communication technology. The phase shifter provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is divided into a first feeding region, a second feeding region and a phase-shift region. The phase shifter includes: a first substrate and a second substrate provided opposite to each other, a dielectric layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a first feeding structure and a second feeding structure. The first feeding structure is electrically coupled to one end of the signal line, and the second feeding structure is electrically coupled to the other end of the signal line. The first feeding structure is located in the first feeding region; and the second feeding structure is located in the second feeding region. Recesses are formed in the first base substrate and/or in the second base substrate.

An antenna, a manufacturing method of the antenna, and an antenna system are provided. The present disclosure provides a radio frequency duplexer circuit and a radio frequency substrate. The radio frequency duplexer circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a third terminal, a low-pass filter, and a high-pass filter. The low-pass filter includes N first filter sub-circuits coupled in series and a first tuning sub-circuit. Among the N first filter sub-circuits coupled in series, a first end of a 1first filter sub-circuit is coupled to the first terminal, and a second end of a Nfirst filter sub-circuit is coupled to the second terminal. Radio frequency duplexer circuit and radio frequency substrate

The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and a manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifter includes a first substrate including a reference electrode, and a second substrate including a delay line and a bias line. An orthographic projection of the bias line on the first substrate and that of the delay line, at least partially overlap with that of the reference electrode respectively. The orthographic projection of the bias line on the first substrate does not overlap with that of the delay line. The delay line is used for transmitting a microwave signal and defining a microwave transmission region. When electrical signals are applied to the reference electrode, the delay line and the bias line, electric field areas formed respectively between the reference electrode and the delay line, and between the reference electrode and the bias line, cover the microwave transmission region.

Liquid crystal phase shifter having a delay line with a plurality of bias lines on two sides thereof and an antenna formed therefrom

The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and a manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifter includes a first substrate and a second substrate, and a medium layer arranged between them. The first substrate includes a reference electrode arranged on a side of a first base substrate close to the medium layer, and the second substrate includes a delay line arranged on a side of a second base substrate close to the medium layer. An orthographic projection on the first substrate of the delay line at least partially overlaps with that of the reference electrode. A line spacing and/or a line width of the delay line is enable to make a cell thickness between the first substrate and the second substrate be 20 &#x3bc;m-75 &#x3bc;m.

An antenna unit includes a dielectric substrate, an antenna layer, a ground layer, and an additional structure; the antenna layer is disposed on a first surface of the dielectric substrate; the ground layer is disposed on a second surface of the dielectric substrate; wherein the first surface and the second surface are opposite surfaces of the dielectric substrate; the additional structure includes any combination of the following structures: a floor meander structure disposed on the second surface and in a same layer as the ground layer to improve isolation of an antenna, a patch meander structure disposed on the first surface and in a same layer as the antenna layer to expand a bandwidth of an antenna, and a branch structure disposed on the second surface and in a same layer as the ground layer to improve isolation of an antenna and expand a bandwidth of the antenna.
