An in vivo occlusion and clamping instrument includes a disc-shaped portion, a clamping portion and a flow-blocking portion. The disc-shaped portion is elastically deformable so that the disc-shaped portion has a folded posture in which same can be received in a sheath and a free posture in which same can expand into a disc shape. The clamping portion is fixed on one side surface of the disc-shaped portion, wherein the clamping portion is elastically deformable so that the clamping portion has a folded posture in which same can be received in the sheath and a free posture in which same can be unfolded, the clamping portion, when in the free posture, is pressed against the disc-shaped portion via elasticity so that the clamping portion and the disc-shaped portion can cooperate with each other for clamping and fixing.

In vivo occlusion and clamping instrument

A repair device for treatment of tricuspid regurgitation includes a support frame, an occlusive membrane, and a suture line. The support frame includes a central shaft and anchoring members that are disposed around the central shaft and radially unfolded for anchoring leaflets of a tricuspid valve. The occlusive membrane surrounds connections between the anchoring members and the central shaft, and the occlusive membrane is connected to the support frame through the suture line. A semi-closed space surrounding the central shaft is formed by an outer side wall of the central shaft, the anchoring members and the occlusive membrane, and has a closed end in proximity to a ventricle and an open end in proximity to an atrium. The central shaft has a closed end in proximity to the ventricle. The repair device for treatment of tricuspid regurgitation reduces the number of implants, thereby reducing the side effects caused by implantation.

Repair device for treatment of tricuspid regurgitation

A valve leaflet obstruction repair clip and a repair system thereof include a clamping component and a flow obstruction component. The clamping component and the flow obstruction component are assembled and clamped to fix the incomplete closure between the valve leaflets. The upper clamping arm and the lower clamping arm are engaged together in a natural state, and the upper clamping arm undergoes unilateral movement in an extended state. The present application enables edge-to-edge repair of the valve leaflets and adopts unilateral clamping, effectively preventing the problem of valve leaflet stenosis caused by the implantation of the repair device.

Valve leaflet obstruction repair clip and repair system thereof

A leaflet positioning and fixing clip and a narrow-environment orientation system thereof are provided. The clip includes a fixing element, a lower gripping arm assembly sleeved outside the fixing element, an upper gripping arm assembly sleeved outside the lower gripping arm assembly, a pull rope controlling the upper gripping arm assembly to move, and an occlusive film attached below the lower gripping arm assembly. The upper gripping arm assembly includes an upper central fixing plate and upper gripping arms radially distributed around the upper central fixing plate. The lower gripping arm assembly includes a lower central fixing plate and lower gripping arms. There are at least two upper gripping arms mated with at least two lower gripping arms to form grippers for gripping a tricuspid valve. The occlusive film is stably positioned in a center of the tricuspid valve through the grippers.
