A display panel and a display apparatus are provided in the present disclosure. The display panel includes a substrate, a display device disposed on the substrate, and a touch control device, disposed on a side of the display device away from the substrate. The touch control device includes a bridge layer, an insulation layer, and a touch control electrode layer; the bridge layer includes a plurality of bridge electrodes; and the touch control electrode layer includes touch control electrodes. A touch control electrode includes a touch control electrode portion, where along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the display panel, the touch control electrode portion at least partially overlaps a bridge electrode. The touch control electrode portion includes a plurality of touch control metal portions formed in a metal grid shape and electrically connected with each other; and the bridge electrode includes a plurality of bridge metal portions.

The gate lines include regular gate lines and irregular gate lines. A display substrate, a display module and a control method are provided in the present disclosure. The display substrate includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The first substrate includes a base substrate, conductive pads, a first switch unit group electrically connected to the conductive pads and signal wires, and a second switch unit group electrically connected to the conductive pads. The display substrate includes a substrate detection phase where all second switch units are cutoff, all first switch units are conducting, and an external detection device input a first detection signal to the substrate through the conductive pads and all first switch units. When the first switch unit group is conducting, the conductive pads are used for substrate detection, and when the second switch unit group is cutoff, the conductive pads in a same pad region are connected each other to be multiplexed as electrostatic conductive pads.

Display panel and display device are provided. An exemplary display panel includes a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The display area includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, and an irregularly-shaped edge. The non-display area includes a first non-display area adjacent to the irregularly-shaped edge. The first non-display area includes a first sub-area adjacent to the sub-edge. The plurality of data lines includes a plurality of irregularly-shaped data lines. The plurality of irregularly-shaped data lines includes a plurality of winding portions in the first sub-area which includes at least one first winding portion, and the at least one first winding portion has at least a wiring portion in a film layer different than a remaining portion of the plurality of winding portions.

Display panel and display device with notch edge

Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. In some embodiments of the disclosure, opening support structures are arranged between a first substrate and a second substrate in at least a sub-area corresponding to the largest one of respective first spacings, that is, the opening support structures are arranged in at least the sub-area in which connection segments of touch signal lines are the most sparsely arranged.

A display panel comprises a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The display area includes gate lines extending in a row direction, data lines extending in a column direction, and an irregular-shaped edge. The irregular-shaped edge includes at least one sub-edge which is recessed towards an inside of the display area to form a notch, and edges of the irregular-shaped edge other than the at least one sub-edge extend in the column direction. The non-display area includes a first sub-area disposed adjacent to the at least one sub-edge. The data lines include at least one irregular-shaped data line, and the at least one irregular-shaped data line includes a winding portion disposed at the first sub-area. The first sub-area includes a compensation electrode, and in a direction perpendicular to the display panel, the compensation electrode is at least partially overlapped with the winding portion.

An array substrate includes: a display region, a non-display region surrounding the display region, at least one notch in the non-display region, and multiple gate lines. The gate lines include regular gate lines and irregular gate lines. The regular gate line is located in the display region and extends in a first direction. The irregular gate line includes a regular section located in the display region and extends in the first direction and an irregular section located in the non-display region around the notch. The regular section and the irregular section of the same irregular gate line are electrically connected. The irregular section includes a first sub-section and/or a second sub-section. The first sub-section and the second sub-section of the same irregular section are electrically connected to each other. A resistivity of the first sub-section is greater than a resistivity of the second sub-section.

Array substrate and display panel

An array substrate, display panel and display device. The array substrate includes: a source-drain metal layer, a pixel electrode layer, an insulation layer located between the source-drain metal layer and the pixel electrode layer, and a plurality of sub-pixels distributed in an array. Each sub-pixel corresponds to a drain electrode contained in source-drain metal layer, a pixel electrode contained in pixel electrode layer, and a drain through-hole defined in insulation layer. The pixel electrode is connected to the drain electrode via the drain through-hole. For any one row of the array, in a column direction, each drain electrode through hole is located at the same side of the sub-pixelcorresponding to the drain electrode through hole. The sub-pixels includes two adjacent support sub-pixels in a row direction, and the two drain through-holes respectively corresponding to the two adjacent support sub-pixels are unaligned in the column direction.

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes multiple pixel units. In each of the pixel units, the area of an opening region of at least one sub-pixel is different from the area of an opening region of other sub-pixels. There is an adjustment capacitance between the drain of the thin film transistor and/or the first electrode in each sub-pixel and the scan line corresponding to the sub-pixel, and the sub-pixel having a smaller area of the opening region corresponds to a smaller value of the adjustment capacitance. By adjusting the value of the adjustment capacitance corresponding to the sub-pixels with different areas of opening regions, the optimal Vcom of all the sub-pixels is the same, so that all the sub-pixels operate under the same optimal Vcom.
