A solar cell including: substrate having front and back surfaces, the back surface includes first, second and gap regions, the first and second regions are staggered and spaced from each other in a first direction, and each gap region is provided between adjacent first and second regions, first pyramidal texture structure regions are formed corresponding to gap regions and distance between top and bottom thereof is 2-4 μm; first conductive layer formed over the first region; second conductive layer formed over the second region, the second conductive layer has conductivity type opposite to the first conductive layer; first electrode forming electrical contact with the first conductive layer; second electrode forming electrical contact with the second conductive layer; and boundary region between the gap region and the first and/or second conductive layer adjacent thereto, and the boundary region includes strip or line patterned texture structures arranged at intervals.

Solar cell and photovoltaic module

A method for manufacturing a back-contact solar cell and a back-contact solar cell are provided. The method includes the following. A substrate having a first surface is provided, where the first surface includes first regions and second regions that are alternatingly arranged in a preset direction. First doping layers are formed over the first regions, second doping layers having different conductivity types of the first doping layers are formed over the second regions, and a mask layer is formed on the first doping layers. The respective second doping layer includes two first portions and a second portion arranged in the preset direction, the first portion is abutted on the respective first doping layer.

Method for manufacturing back-contact solar cell and back-contact solar cell

Provided is a busbar-free interdigitated back contact (IBC) solar cell and an IBC solar cell module. The IBC solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, finger electrode lines and conductive lines. The finger electrode lines include first finger electrode lines and second finger electrode lines that are alternately arranged on the semiconductor substrate. The conductive lines include first conductive lines and second conductive lines that are alternately arranged. The first conductive lines are connected to the first finger electrode lines and spaced apart from the second finger electrode lines. The second conductive lines are connected to the second finger electrode lines and spaced apart from the first finger electrode lines.

A solar cell including: a substrate having front and back surfaces, the back surface including first and second regions staggered and spaced from each other, and a gap region provided between one first region and one adjacent second region, a plurality of first pyramidal texture structure regions formed corresponding to a plurality of gap regions and a distance between a top and bottom thereof is 2-4 μm; a first conductive layer formed over the first region; a second conductive layer formed over the second region, the second conductive layer has a conductivity type opposite to the first conductive layer; a first electrode forming electrical contact with the first conductive layer; a second electrode forming electrical contact with the second conductive layer; and a boundary region between the gap region and the conductive layer(s) adjacent thereto, the boundary region including strip or line-patterned texture structures arranged at intervals.

A solar cell including: a substrate having front and back surfaces, the back surface includes first, second and gap regions, the first and second regions are staggered and spaced from each other in a first direction, and each gap region is provided between one first region and one second region adjacent thereto by recessing toward interior of the substrate; a first conductive layer formed over the first region; a second conductive layer formed over the second region, the second conductive layer has a conductivity type opposite to the first conductive layer; a first electrode forming electrical contact with the first conductive layer; a second electrode forming electrical contact with the second conductive layer; and a boundary region between the gap region and the first and/or second conductive layer adjacent thereto, and a line-pattern concave and convex texture structure is formed on the back surface corresponding to the boundary region.
