A method and device for waste gas dedusting and a dedusting agent used in the method. A dust-containing waste gas () and an organic dedusting agent () are introduced into a dedusting tower (), respectively, and make contact with each other in the tower; at least part of the water vapor in the dust-containing waste gas () is condensed, and the organic dedusting agent () and the condensed water adsorb solid particles, acidic pollutants, organic pollutants and/or heavy metal compounds in the dust-containing waste gas; and the resulting purified gas () is emptied out or subjected to a subsequent process. The organic dedusting agent () comprises a non-toxic and high boiling point organic solvent composition, being two or more selected from cooking oil, silicone oil, modified silicone oil, liquid-state asphalt oil, tung tree seed oil, liquid-state paraffin wax oil, mineral oil, palm oil and waste cooking oil.

Desulfurization and denitration agent

A method for removing SOfrom a gas by using a compound alcohol-amine solution is provided. The compound alcohol-amine solution is made by mixing ethylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol with hydroxyl and/or carboxyl organic compound having basic group containing nitrogen. The compound alcohol-amine solution is contacted with the gas containing SOto absorb the SOin the gas, wherein x=2 and/or 3. The invention discloses a process and device for desulfurization-denitration of a flue gas. A desulfurization-denitration solution is used in an absorption tower to absorb sulfur dioxide and/or nitrogen oxides from the flue gas or various combustion tail (waste) gases. The desulfurization-denitration solution with absorbed sulfur dioxide and/or nitrogen oxides releases the sulfur dioxide and/or nitrogen oxides by heating and/or gas stripping and/or vacuum regeneration in a regeneration tower. The released sulfur dioxide and/or nitrogen oxides are further concentrated into a sulfur dioxide and/or nitrogen oxide product with a higher purity in a concentration tower. The regenerated desulfurization-denitration solution is recycled for use. The process and device have a wide range of industrial applications, and can be used for desulfurization and/or denitration of flue gases, incineration gases, coke-oven gases, synthetic waste gases from dyestuff plants, pollutant gases discharged from chemical fiber plants and other industrial raw material gases or waste gases containing SOx.

An ethylene glycol composite solution is used for removing SOfrom a gas. The ethylene glycol composite solution is made by mixing ethylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol with an organic acid and/or organic acid salt containing no nitrogen atom in a molecule. The ethylene glycol composite solution is brought into contact with the gas containing SOto absorb the SOin the gas. The ethylene glycol composite solution loaded with absorbed SOis regenerated by heating, vacuuming, gas stripping, ultrasonic treatment, microwave treatment, or radiation treatment to release by-products of sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide, and the regenerated ethylene glycol composite solution is recycled for use.

A method for removing SOfrom a gas by using a modified polyethylene glycol solution to absorb the SOin the gas. The modified polyethylene glycol solution is contacted with the gas containing SOto absorb the SOin the gas, wherein x=2 and/or 3, the modified polyethylene glycol is a product derived from etherifying hydroxyl groups in the molecules of ethylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol and has a general formula: R&#x2014;(O&#x2014;CH)&#x2014;O&#x2014;R, where n is a positive integer, Rand Rare the same or different and are each independently alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, acyl or aryl.

Method for removing SOx from gas with modified polyethylene glycol

A method for removing SO(x=2 and/or 3) from gas using a solution having polyethylene glycol as the main ingredient. First, SOin the gas is absorbed by the solution of polyethylene glycol. Second, the solution of polyethylene glycol which has absorbed SOis regenerated by one or more of the heating, vacuum, ultrasonic, microwave or radiation methods, thereby releasing the by-products of sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide. The regenerated solution of polyethylene glycol is recycled. When the water content of the regenerated solution of polyethylene glycol is high enough to affect the desulfurization, it needs to be removed. Removal methods include heating and rectification, absorption using a water absorbent, or a combination of these methods. The polyethylene glycol solution is recycled after dehydration.
