An external rotor motor, including: a rotary shaft; a plastic-packaged stator including a sleeve base, a stator core, a terminal insulator, coil windings, and a plastic-packaged body; and an external rotor sleeving on the plastic-packaged stator. The terminal insulator is disposed on the end face of the stator core. The coil windings are coiled on the terminal insulator. The sleeve base is disposed in an axle hole in the center of the stator core. The rotary shaft is disposed in the sleeve base. Two ends of the rotary shaft are supported by the bearing. One end of the rotary shaft protrudes out from the sleeve base and is connected to the external rotor. The top of the sleeve base extends outwards to form a plurality of arms, and the plurality of arms each includes an outer end which is provided with a bolt.

External rotor motor

An external rotor motor, including a rotary shaft, a plastic-packaged stator, and an external rotor. The plastic-packaged stator includes a sleeve base, a stator core, a terminal insulator, coil windings, and a plastic-packaged body. The plastic-packaged stator is disposed in the chamber of the external rotor. The terminal insulator is disposed on the end surface of the stator core. The coil windings are coiled on the terminal insulator. The sleeve base is disposed in an axle hole of the stator core. The plastic-packaged body integrates the sleeve base, the stator core, the terminal insulator, and the coil windings. A plastic-packaged end plate is disposed on the plastic-packaged body on one side of the stator core. Bearing housings are disposed on two ends of the sleeve base. The rotary shaft is disposed in the sleeve base, and two ends of the rotary shaft are supported by bearings.

External rotor motor and air conditioner comprising the same

A wiring terminal and a motor including the wiring terminal are provided. The wiring terminal includes: a mounting subassembly adapted to embed in a slot of an end insulator of a motor, a connection subassembly configured to support a wire stock having a lead wire, and a winding subassembly configure to receive an enameled wire wound on the winding subassembly. The connection subassembly and the winding subassembly are disposed on the top surface of the mounting subassembly. The lead wire of the wire stock is electrically connected to the enameled wire wound on the winding subassembly.

Wiring terminal and motor comprising the same

A motor controller including a control box and a control circuit board disposed on the chamber of the control box. A control chip is disposed on the outer edge of the upper surface of the control circuit board. The outer wall of the control box is depressed inward to form a heat dissipation boss. A gap is formed between the bottom of the heat dissipation boss and the inner surface of the bottom of the chamber. The inner surface of the bottom of the chamber is provided with a plurality of supporting bosses. One outer edge of the control circuit board inserts into the gap, which enables the outer side surface of the control chip to cling to the inner side surface of the heat dissipation boss. The control circuit board is supported by upper surfaces of the supporting bosses.

Motor controller and motor comprising the same

A heat exchange system of the invention includes at least multiple grids, a blower including an external rotor motor and a wind blade, an inner side wall, a shock absorbing pad, a compressor, and a box having multiple exhaust inlets. The exhaust inlets are disposed on the side of the box. The grids are disposed at an exhaust outlet of the box. The blower is disposed in the box and below the grid. The compressor is disposed on a bottom surface in the box. The blower is an external rotor axial fan, and the wind blade is disposed outside a rotor of the external rotor motor. The shock absorbing pad is disposed between the grids and the external rotor motor.

The cavity () is arranged inside the volute () for accommodating a wheel. Volute mechanism for blower

A motor controller, including: a control box, a control circuit board, a first press strip, a control chip, and a plurality of plastic press blocks. The control box includes: an inner wall, a bottom, and a cavity formed by the inner wall and the bottom. The control circuit board is disposed on the bottom of the control box. The control chip is disposed on an outer edge of a top face of the control circuit board. The plastic press blocks are disposed in a middle of an end face of the first press strip. Two ends of the first press strip and the inner wall of the control box are assembled together. The control chip is pressed on the inner wall of the control box via the plastic press blocks.

A structure for mounting a Hall effect sensor, the structure including: a mounting bracket, a mounting plate, a left supporting column, a right supporting column, and a first supporting column. The left supporting column and the right supporting column are protruded upwards from top surfaces of two adjacent teeth at the inner side of a certain winding slot, respectively. The first supporting column is protruded upwards from the top surface of the circular yoke at the outer side of the winding slot. The mounting plate is disposed on top surfaces of the first supporting column, the left supporting column, and the right supporting column. The mounting bracket is installed at the bottom of the mounting plate. The Hall effect sensor is installed in the mounting bracket.

The wind wheel is arranged inside the volute. The top of the volute is provided with a through-hole. The shaft of the motor passes through the through-hole and is connected to the wind wheel. A seal ring is arranged on the volute corresponding to the through-hole. An outer side of the seal ring is provided with an annular groove. The volute is embedded in the annular groove. The middle of the seal ring is provided with a center hole. The middle of the side wall of the center hole is provided with a ring-like convex edge. The shaft passes through the center hole and contacts with the ring-like convex edge.

The cooling coil () is disposed at the back of the air inlet (). The centrifugal blower () is disposed at the back of the cooling coil (). The air exit () of the centrifugal blower () is connected to the air outlet () of the housing (). The motor () is an external rotor motor and fits in the center of a cavity in the centrifugal wind wheel (). A left air intake () and a right air intake () are formed on both sides of the volute housing (). The heat exchanger features large air input and air output, and high blowing efficiency.

Heat exchanger for an indoor unit of an air conditioner

A brushless DC motor, including: a rotating shaft; a rotor assembly; a stator assembly; a casing; a rear cover; and a control box. The rotating shaft is connected together with the rotor assembly. The stator assembly is sleeved outside the rotor assembly. The casing is connected together with the stator assembly. The rear cover includes a rear bearing seat in the middle for receiving a rear bearing. A plurality of support legs protrudes outwards from a wall surface on the outer side of the rear bearing seat, and is supported and installed on a flanged edge folded outwards from an end surface of the casing. One end of the rotating shaft is supported on the rear bearing. The control box is installed on the casing.

Brushless DC motor

A blower including a blower volute, a blower motor, and a fan wheel. The blower motor is disposed at the top of the blower volute. The fan wheel is disposed inside the blower volute and connected to the blower motor. The blower volute comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a cover body, and a bottom cover. A plurality of installation parts is disposed at an outer side of the cover body. The bottom cover and the cover body are embedded with each other and welded together or stuck together. The blower has a simple connection structure, high generality, friendly installation, and low cost.

Blower

A motor casing, including a hollow motor casing body. The wall of the motor casing body comprises a plurality of brackets and a plurality of grooves which are formed simultaneously by punching the wall of the motor casing body. The plurality of grooves is disposed one close to one of the brackets. One end of each bracket is coupled to the wall of the motor casing body. The motor casing has a simple structure, low cost, and reliable connection and requires less materials compared to conventional motor casings.

A locking device including a hoop, the hoop curling up to form an axial mounting hole in the middle. An upper convex block, a lower convex block, a middle aperture, a left aperture, a right aperture, an upper convex ear, a lower convex ear, an upper guiding inclined plane, and a lower guiding inclined plane are disposed in the device. The upper convex block and the lower convex block move axially to narrow the middle aperture, the upper guiding inclined plane and the lower guiding inclined plane contact with each other to make the upper convex block and the lower convex block to move circumferentially to narrow both the left aperture and the right aperture and enable the hoop to tightly hold objects inside the axial mounting hole. The locking device has a simple structure, low cost, robust connecting structure, convenient and efficient assembly and disassembly processes.

A locking device including a hoop, the hoop curling up to form an axial mounting hole in the middle.
