The Computationally Efficient Transfer Processing, Auditing, and Search Apparatuses, Methods and Systems ('SOCOACT') transforms smart contract request, crypto currency deposit request, crypto collateral deposit request, crypto currency transfer request, crypto collateral transfer request inputs via SOCOACT components into transaction confirmation outputs. Also, SOCOACT transforms transaction record inputs via SOCOACT components into matrix and list tuple outputs for computationally efficient auditing. A blockchain transaction data auditing apparatus comprises a blockchain recordation component, a matrix Conversion component, and a bloom filter component. The blockchain recordation component receives a plurality of transaction records for each of a plurality of transactions, each transaction record comprising a source address, a destination address, a transaction amount and a timestamp of a transaction; the source address comprising a source wallet address corresponding to a source digital wallet, and the destination address comprising a destination wallet address corresponding to a destination virtual currency wallet; verifies that the transaction amount is available in the source virtual currency wallet; and when the transaction amount is available, cryptographically records the transaction in a blockchain comprising a plurality of hashes of transaction records. The Bloom Filter component receives the source address and the destination address, hashes the source address using a Bloom Filter to generate a source wallet address, and hashes the destination address using the Bloom Filter to generate a destination wallet address. The Matrix Conversion component adds the source wallet address as a first row and a column entry to a stored distance matrix representing the plurality of transactions, adds the destination wallet address as a second row and column entry to the stored distance matrix representing the plurality of transactions, adds the transaction amount and the timestamp as an entry to the row corresponding to the source wallet address and the column corresponding to the destination wallet address; and generate a list representation of the matrix, where each entry in the list comprises a tuple having the source wallet address, the destination wallet address, the transaction amount and the timestamp.

Computationally efficient transfer processing and auditing apparatuses, methods and systems

The Social Aggregated Fractional Equity Transaction Partitioned Acquisition Apparatuses, Methods and Systems, ('SAFETPA') transforms fractional equity ownership purchase request inputs via SAFETPA components into transaction confirmation outputs. A Fractional Order Generation component receives a purchase request for a fractional order of an equity via a data communication network interface from a client terminal of a client having a source of funds and having a public encryption key, determines a purchase price for the fractional order of the equity by retrieving a quote for a price of a share of the equity, confirms that the source of funds contains at least the purchase price; and generates a trade order for the share of the equity. A Fractional Order Placement component obtains the trade order from Fractional Order Generation Component, transmits the trade order to a trade execution server via the data communication network, and receives a confirmation of an execution of the trade order from the trade execution server via the data communication network. A Blockchain Recordation Component receives the confirmation from the Fractional Order Placement Component, records the confirmation, the fractional share and the public key of the client in a block data structure, records the block data structure in a blockchain, wherein each block data structure of the blockchain comprises a hash of a prior block data structure in the blockchain in order to secure the blockchain from tampering, and transmits the confirmation to the client terminal via the data communication network for display to the client.

Methods and apparatuses are described for efficient resource management using mobile devices and wearable devices. A server determines an event causing unavailability of a center in a distributed network. The server determines an expected demand for service from the distributed network during an upcoming time period and identifies a mobile device and a wearable device associated with each staff member assigned to work at one of the plurality of centers that is available. The server retrieves location data from the mobile device and biometric data from the wearable device. The server identifies staff members capable of working and initiates a communication to the mobile device associated with each staff member capable of working. The server receives a response from the mobile device indicating whether the staff member has accepted and determines whether the expected demand from the distributed network during the upcoming time period is satisfied.

Methods and apparatuses are described for determining customer service quality through digitized voice characteristic measurement and filtering. A voice analysis module captures a first digitized voice segment corresponding to speech submitted by a user of a remote device. The voice analysis module extracts a first set of voice features from the first voice segment, and determines an emotion level of the user based upon the first set of voice features. The voice analysis module captures a second digitized voice segment corresponding to speech submitted by the user. The voice analysis module extracts a second set of voice features from the second voice segment, and determines a change in the emotion level of the user by comparing the first set of voice features to the second set of voice features. The module normalizes the change in the emotion level of the user using emotion influence factors, and generates a service score.

Determining customer service quality through digitized voice characteristic measurement and filtering

Methods and systems are described herein for securely analyzing transaction data of a user. A server computing device establishes a secure connection with a client device, which transmits transaction data to the server. The server establishes a hierarchy of nodes to profile a user's purchase history. The hierarchy includes a plurality of article nodes and category nodes. The server creates a new article node instance corresponding to the transaction data, the new article node storing descriptive properties of at least one item purchased by the user determined from the transaction data. The server links the new article node instance to at least one of the category nodes by classifying the descriptive properties of the item purchased with respect to relationships defined by the hierarchy. The server generates and transmits an event trigger to remind the user of a follow-up action and authenticates the client before the trigger is delivered.

Secure analytical and advisory system for transaction data

Methods and apparatuses are described for proximity-based and user-based access control using wearable devices. A short-range frequency reader coupled to a target device detects a plurality of wearable devices in proximity to the reader, each wearable device comprising a short-range frequency antenna. The reader identifies, for each wearable device, a user wearing the wearable device. The reader determines, for each wearable device, a distance from the reader and an orientation in relation to the target device. The reader determines a level of access available to the target device based upon the identity of each user, the distance of each wearable device from the reader, the orientation of each wearable device in relation to the target device, and the distance of the wearable devices from each other in a three-dimensional space.

Proximity-based and user-based access control using wearable devices

Methods and apparatuses are described for modifying operation of computing devices to mitigate short-term impaired judgment using wearable devices. A short-range frequency reader coupled to a target device detects a wearable device in proximity to the reader, the wearable device comprising a short-range frequency antenna. The reader identifies a user wearing the wearable device. The reader receives biometric information of the user from the wearable device. The reader determines a level of operational impairment of the user by analyzing the biometric information. The reader modifies one or more operational functions of the target device based upon the level of operational impairment of the user.

Modifying operation of computing devices to mitigate short-term impaired judgment

Described are methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, for automatically updating a tag embedded in a webpage that summarizes a current version of the webpage. A first model representative of the current version of the webpage is extracted. The first model is compared with a second model corresponding to a previous version of the webpage to detect one or more changes to the webpage. If the changes exceed a threshold, at least one keyword is determined for to the current version of the webpage. The tag of the webpage can be updated to include the keyword.
