A solid-liquid separation device includes a kettle body, a piston, a stirrer, a separation plate having filtration pores, and a filtration mesh. The kettle body is hollow along an axial direction to form a chamber body. The separation plate is fitly installed in the chamber body, and divides the chamber body into a washing chamber and a draining chamber. The piston and the stirrer are fitly disposed in the washing chamber. The filtration mesh is attached on a side of the separation plate to cover the filtration pores. The kettle body is further provided with a feed inlet, a water inlet, a material outlet, and a liquid outlet. The feed inlet and material outlet are communicated with the washing chamber, and the water inlet and the liquid outlet are communicated with the draining chamber. The method includes the following steps: feeding, solid-liquid separation, washing, and material discharge.

The present invention discloses thermophilic ethanol-resistant &#x3b2;-glucosidase and an encoding gene and application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the thermophilic ethanol-resistant &#x3b2;-glucosidase of the present invention is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and the nucleotide sequence of the encoding gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The nature of the thermophilic ethanol-resistant &#x3b2;-glucosidase of the present invention is conductive to the application of cellulose high-temperature simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, the enzyme has a relatively high enzyme activity and obvious active effect, cellobiose is kept at low concentration level during the whole fermentation period, the inhibition of terminal products can be effectively eliminated, the thermophilic ethanol-resistant &#x3b2;-glucosidase can be applied on the process of fuel ethanol production, and the important application value of the thermophilic ethanol-resistant &#x3b2;-glucosidase of the present invention in the aspect of bioenergy is further indicated.

The invention discloses a process for hydrolyzed reforming of the ligneous cellulose biomass to produce bio-gasoline, which directly transfers the hydrolyzed-material liquid obtained from ligneous cellulose biomass through hydrolyzing into aqueous catalytic reforming system, the feed subjects to aqueous catalytic reforming reaction in low-temperature reforming reactor filled with catalyst Ni/SiO&#x2014;AlOand in high-temperature reforming reactor filled with catalyst Ni/HZSM-5 in turn, the reactant is condensed and phase-separated: uncondensed bio-gasoline is absorbed by absorption liquid-C6 alkane, condensed liquid is phase-separated through phase-separator, bio-gasoline is obtained in the upper layer of the phase-separator. The invention creates a new process for producing high-quality liquid fuel oil using biomass as feedstock, which can automatically layer and separate, omitting the step of rectifying and purifying product. The feedstock is cheap and broadly available. The product can directly used in the present vehicle-carried engine system, and have prosperous market prospect.
