An auger-suction type metro jet system (MJS) device for aerated and lightweight cement soil includes a multi-pipe device, an outer sleeve, an integrated device, a spiral conveyor, a reamer head, a pressure monitoring system, a mass measuring device, and a control console. The multi-pipe device integrates a backup pipe, a negative-pressure gas pipe, a hydraulic pipe, a negative-pressure water pipe, a pressure sensor wire pipe, a pressure water pipe, a backup gas pipe, a power wire pipe, and at least one grouting tremie unit. The spiral conveyor includes a shaft-type spiral conveying belt and a negative-pressure device. A construction method for foundation reinforcement construction includes: cutting soil by the reamer head; crushing gravel by a gravel crusher; transporting, by the shaft-type spiral conveying belt, a soil-water mixture to a waste liquid tank; monitoring, by the mass measuring device, a mass of the soil-water mixture discharged; and injecting equal-mass cement.

A device and a method are disclosed for collecting and culturing fish embryos and evaluating combined toxicity of thiamethoxam and tetraconazole. An embryo collection component and an embryo culture component are provided on a base plate. The embryo collection component includes a collection tray detachably connected to a bottom of a culture tube. The embryo culture component includes a cavity plate with a stopper inside and a top plate provided with a culture well. A bottom of the culture well is provided with a leakage hole; and after the top plate is installed into the cavity plate, the stopper occludes the leakage hole. The new device is used to carry out the combined toxicity effect test of thiamethoxam and tetraconazole on zebrafish embryos, which can be used to avoid development of pesticide mixtures that have a good preventive effect but pose increased toxicity risk to the ecological environment.

The technical point is a construction method for the road structure reconstructed from large-scale independent underground garage, including the following steps: S100: segmentation for the garage, S200: preparation before construction: the materials and equipment required for construction are transported to the site, and the construction site is cleaned, S300: reconstruction for the front section, S400: reconstruction for the middle section, S500: reconstruction for the rear section. The inventiveness of the present disclosure is the application of segmentation construction, the front section is completely obsoleted, a transition section is provided at the middle, and the design of the rear section adopts a double-deck road, thus the original underground garage structure is fully utilized.
