A tripping shaft apparatus for a circuit breaker. Tripping shaft apparatus includes a rigid shaft portion and a polymer shaft portion molded onto the rigid shaft portion, wherein the polymer shaft portion includes a first molded lever. At least one other lever is a part of the tripping shaft apparatus. A torsion spring is received over the shaft between the first molded lever and the second lever providing an integral torsion spring positioned between the levers. Circuit breaker tripping assemblies and methods of assembling a circuit breaker tripping assembly are provided, as are other aspects.

A circuit breaker having a positive-off stop feature includes an operating lever rotatably coupled to a side frame, a tension lever coupled to the side frame, and an upper toggle linkage and a stop link each rotatably coupled to the tension lever. The upper toggle linkage may be configured to rotate the stop link. The operating lever may be configured to move rotatably to and from an ON position and an OFF position provided the main contacts of the circuit breaker are not welded or otherwise stuck together. Should the main contacts become welded or otherwise stuck together, the upper toggle linkage may be configured to rotate the stop link to a position wherein the stop link may be configured to prevent the operating lever from moving into the OFF position. Methods of assembling a circuit breaker positive-off stop feature are also provided, as are other aspects.

Apparatus and methods for a circuit breaker positive-off stop feature

Circuit breaker assembly methods and apparatus are provided. Embodiments include side frames of a latching mechanism of a circuit breaker trip unit. Each side frame includes a location tab. Embodiments also include a housing adapted to contain the circuit breaker trip unit, the side frames and a latching mechanism. The housing includes at least two cutouts for recieving the location tabs of the side frames. Insertion of the location tabs into the cutouts in the housing operationally aligns a latching mechanism coupled to the side frames with a circuit breaker trip unit. Methods and apparatus for assembling a circuit breaker

A foamed beverage system for creating foamed beverages from a powder, a liquid, and air. The foamed beverage system may include a mixing chamber having a mixing zone and a pressurized zone. An impeller is positioned between the mixing zone and the pressurized zone. The powder and the liquid are added to the mixing chamber and the air is entrained within the mixture of the powder and the liquid within the pressurized zone.

The invention also includes a pushbutton 3 position momentary switch with an integral LED and actuator. Another embodiment of the invention relates to a pushbutton 3 position maintained switch with an integral LED and actuator. The invention also includes various embodiments of the inventive pushbutton actuator of this invention. The inventive pushbutton also comprises a pushbutton knob that has ridges for the transmission and scattering of light for the LED in the module.
