A conversion circuit includes a capacitor module, a balancing module, and a startup module. The capacitor module includes at least a first capacitor and a second capacitor. The balancing module includes at least a first resonant circuit. The startup module includes a direct current-direct current converter and a target capacitor. The first resonant circuit includes at least two groups of switches and a first resonant cavity. The first capacitor is connected in series to the second capacitor, and connected in parallel to the target capacitor. The first resonant circuit is separately connected to both ends of the first capacitor and the second capacitor by using the startup module. The balancing module balances voltages at both ends of the first capacitor and the second capacitor by controlling the switches in the first resonant circuit. The startup module is configured to start the balancing module and the capacitor module.

A resonant switched capacitor direct current/direct current converter includes N resonant switched capacitor groups, M capacitors, and at least one LC series circuit, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and M is an integer less than or equal to N. Each resonant switched capacitor group includes switches and a resonant circuit. The resonant circuit includes a resonant inductor and a resonant capacitor. The LC series circuit, namely, a circuit including an inductor and a capacitor that are connected in series, is connected between any two resonant switched capacitor groups. At the moment when the switch is turned off, the resonant inductor is not sufficient to implement complete discharging of a junction capacitor of the switch. The inductor is added, to implement complete discharging of the junction capacitor of the switch, that is, to remove a current, so that the switch implements soft switching.

Resonant switched capacitor direct current/direct current converter and power system

A DC/DC converter and a voltage gain switching method and system. A first resonance unit of the DC/DC converter includes a first terminal and a second terminal connected to a second capacitor unit, and a third terminal and a fourth terminal connected to a first capacitor unit. A second resonance unit of the DC/DC converter includes a first terminal connected to a second terminal of the second capacitor unit, and a second terminal of the second resonance unit connected to a first input/output terminal of the DC/DC converter, a third terminal connected to the ground terminal of the DC/DC converter, and a fourth terminal connected to a first voltage gain changeover switch. The DC/DC converter can improve voltage gain switching efficiency.

DC/DC converter, voltage gain switching method and system

A converter circuit includes a capacitor module and a balance module. The capacitor module includes at least a first capacitor and a second capacitor. The balance module includes at least a first resonant circuit. The first resonant circuit includes at least two switch groups connected in parallel and a first resonant cavity bridged between the two switch groups. The first capacitor and the second capacitor are connected in series. The first resonant circuit is separately bridged between two ends of the first capacitor and between two ends of the second capacitor. The balance module controls each switch in the first resonant circuit, so that each switch works with the first resonant cavity to affect a current, to balance a voltage between the two ends of the first capacitor and a voltage between the two ends of the second capacitor.
