A multifunctional sound device includes a housing, a sound unit, and a motor assembly. The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and a first elastic component. The vibration system includes a vibrating diaphragm and a a voice coil. The voice coil drives the vibrating diaphragm to vibrate and generate sound along a first direction. A first end of the first elastic component is fixed to the frame. A second end of the first elastic component is elastically connected to the magnetic circuit system. The voice coil drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate along the first direction. A mounting groove is defined on the magnetic circuit system. The motor assembly includes a stator and second elastic components. The stator is fixed to the housing. The stator is spaced apart from the magnetic circuit system and drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate.

Multifunctional sound device

A multifunctional sound device includes a housing, a sound unit, a vibrator, and coils. The housing includes an accommodating cavity, and the sound unit is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and is fixedly connected to the housing. The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system is disposed in the frame, and the magnetic circuit system drives the vibration system to reciprocally vibrate and generate sound along a first direction. The sound unit and the vibrator are assembled in the housing and share one magnetic system, which saves space and greatly reduces occupied space. Moreover, the magnetic circuit system interacts with the coils to drive the vibrator to vibrate in the second direction and the third direction, thereby enhancing vibration effect.

A multifunctional sound device includes a housing, a sound unit, a vibrator, and a coil. The housing includes an accommodating cavity, and the sound unit is suspended in the accommodating cavity. The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. Since the speaker and the motor share one magnetic system, the sound unit and the vibrator are assembled in the housing, which greatly reduces occupied space. The sound unit and the vibrator form a dual-vibration system, and the sound unit cooperatively vibrates with the vibrator in addition to generating sound, which improves vibration effects and further avoids adding other components, thereby saving space.

The present invention provides a heat dissipation device having a speaker box, a heating element and a heat conductor. The speaker box includes a housing having a sound outlet hole and a metal embedding member embedded in the housing. The speaker unit includes a diaphragm. The heat conductor is connected to the heating element. In the present invention, the heat conductor transfers the heat generated by the heating element to the metal embedding member, the metal embedding member conducts heat to the outside of the sound outlet hole through the air in the front cavity.

Heat dissipation device

The present disclosure discloses a multifunctional sounding device including a frame, a vibrator assembly, and a speaker assembly. The vibrator assembly includes a vibrating unit suspended in the frame and vibrating along a first direction. The speaker assembly includes two magnetic units, a diaphragm, and two voice coils. The two magnetic units are fixed to the frame and locate on two opposite sides of the vibrating unit respectively. Each magnetic unit includes a magnetic gap. The diaphragm is fixed to the frame and vibrates along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. The two voice coils locate in the magnetic gaps of the two magnetic units respectively. A winding axis of each voice coil is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The multifunctional sounding device disclosed by the present disclosure combines functions of emitting sounds and providing vibrations.

Multifunctional sounding device

The present disclosure discloses a multifunctional sounding device including a frame, a vibrator assembly, and a speaker assembly. The frame includes a top wall and a bottom wall. The vibrator assembly includes a vibrating unit vibrating along a first direction. The speaker assembly includes two magnetic units locating on two opposite sides of the vibrating unit respectively, a diaphragm fixed to the top wall, and two voice coils. The diaphragm vibrates along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. A winding axis of each voice coil is perpendicular to the first and second directions. The two magnetic units are sandwiched between the top wall and the bottom wall. A peripheral edge of the diaphragm is recessed inward for avoiding the two magnetic units. The multifunctional sounding device disclosed by the present disclosure combines functions of emitting sounds and providing vibrations.

The present application discloses a heat dissipation device. The heat dissipation device includes a heating element, a sounding device and a heat conductor. The speaker unit includes a diaphragm separating the accommodation space into a front cavity and a back cavity. The housing body is provided with first sound outlet holes communicating to the front cavity. Heat generated by the heating element is transferred outside along with an air flow in the front cavity. The heat dissipation device provided by the present application has the advantages of being good in heat dissipation effect and exquisite and compact in structure and capable of meeting the demand of miniaturization of the heat dissipation device.

The present invention provides a heat dissipation device having a speaker box, a heating element and a heat conductor. The speaker box includes a housing having sound outlet hole and a speaker unit housed in the housing. The speaker unit includes a diaphragm. The heat conductor includes a first heat conductor and a second heat conductor; the first heat conductor includes a heat conductive part, a heat conductive part, and an extensional heat conductive part. The second heat conductor is connected to the extensional heat conductive part at one end and to the heating element at the other end. The heat conductor of the present invention introduces the heat generated by the heating element into the front cavity and transfers the heat through the air in the front cavity to the outside of the sound outlet hole, with a high heat dissipation efficiency.

The present disclosure provides multi-functional sound producing apparatus, including housing defining receiving cavity and sound producing device. The sound producing device includes vibration system and magnetic circuit unit driving vibration system to vibrate along first direction. The magnetic circuit unit includes main magnet assembly and auxiliary magnet. The apparatus further includes motor device which includes elastic member fixedly connected to housing, weight connected to elastic member, magnet component fixed to weight and vibrating along second direction with weight, and driving member fixed to bottom wall to drive magnet component to vibrate. Two groups of magnet component and driving member are provided, each of two opposite sides of main magnet assembly is provided with one group of magnet component and driving member, and second direction is perpendicular to first direction. The present disclosure has advantages of simple assembly, more saved overall space, low costs.

Multi-functional sound producing apparatus

The invention provides a sounding device. The sounding device comprises a housing body with an accommodating space, a one-way inlet valve and a one-way outlet valve. A speaker unit partitions the accommodating space into a front cavity and a back cavity. The one-way inlet valve communicates the outside and the back cavity and is used for introducing air into the back cavity. The one-way outlet valve communicates the back cavity and the outside and is used for discharging the air in the back cavity outside. A first through hole communicating the outside and the back cavity is formed in the housing body. The invention also provides a mobile terminal. Compared with the related art, the sounding device and the mobile terminal of the invention have better reliability and better performance.

The present application provides a speaker box device having a speaker box, a heating element and a heat conductor. The speaker box includes a housing body and a speaker unit provided with a diaphragm. The heat conductor includes a first end part connected to the heating element, a second end part and a connection part connecting the first end part to the second end part. Heat of the heating element is discharged by means of an air cooling effect, so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the speaker device is ensured.

Speaker box device and mobile terminal using same

The present application discloses a speaker device including a speaker box, a heating element and a heat conductor. The speaker box includes a front acoustic cavity and a back cavity. A housing includes a plastic member with a through hole and a metal clamping plate. The heat conductor includes a first end connecting with the heating element and a second end connecting with the extension part and a connection part. The heat conducted by the heat conductor is transferred by air flow in the front acoustic cavity to realize the heat dissipation of the heating element.

Speaker device and mobile terminal provided with speaker device

The present application discloses a speaker device including a speaker box, a heating element and a heat conductor. The speaker box comprises a housing and a speaker unit provided with a diaphragm arranged in the housing. The housing comprises a plastic member provided with a through hole and a metal clamping plate. The housing further comprises a sound outlet channel jointly forming a front cavity with a front acoustic cavity. Heat transferred by the heat conductor is conducted to the front cavity, and heat dissipation of the heating element is achieved by means of an air cooling effect formed by air flow in the front cavity.

The invention provides a sounding device having a housing body with a containment space, a sound outlet formed in the housing body, a speaker unit fitted in the housing body, an intake valve that communicates the outside with the front cavity and that is used for introducing air into the front cavity, and an unidirectional outlet valve that communicates the front cavity with the outside and discharges air in the front cavity to the outside through the sound outlet. The speaker unit separates the containment space into a front acoustic cavity and a back cavity, the sound outlet is communicated with the front acoustic cavity and forms a front cavity together. The invention also provides a mobile terminal. Compared with the related art, the sounding device and the mobile terminal of the invention have better reliability and better performance.

The present invention provides a speaker having a vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibrating system to vibrate and sound. The magnetic circuit system has magnetic gap. The vibrating system includes vibrating assembly and voice coil assembly connected to the vibrating assembly, the voice coil assembly is inserted into the magnetic gap. The magnetic circuit system has a magnetic line concentrating area in the magnetic gap. The voice coil assembly includes a first voice coil connected to the vibrating assembly and a second voice coil arranged on the first voice coil at a side away from the vibrating assembly. if in the magnetic line concentrating area locates only the first voice coil, an electric signal is input only to the first voice coil; if in the magnetic line concentrating area locates only the second voice coil, electric signal is input only to the second voice coil.
