A signal transmission terminal, a sampling device, a battery module and a device are disclosed. The signal transmission terminal is used for the sampling device. The sampling device includes a conductive sheet. The signal transmission terminal includes a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and a bendable portion. The first connecting portion is used for being connected to the conductive sheet and is provided with a raised portion. The second connecting portion is connected to the first connecting portion and is used for being connected to a sampling object. The bendable portion is used for being connected to the first connecting portion. The bendable portion is configured to press the conductive sheet between the first connecting portion and the bendable portion after being bent. The above signal transmission terminal can improve connection stability with the conductive sheet, such that reliability of sampling precision can be guaranteed.

This application provides a battery module, including a plurality of batteries, a first enclosing plate, and a second enclosing plate. The first enclosing plate includes a first side plate, a first front plate containing a first connecting hole, and a first rear plate containing a third connecting hole. The second enclosing plate includes a second side plate, a second front plate containing a second connecting hole, and a second rear plate containing a fourth connecting hole. The battery pack includes a battery box, reinforcing members being arranged on a bottom surface of the battery box; and at least one battery unit, located in the battery box. The battery unit includes: end plates; side plates, the side plates and the end plates being connected end to end in sequence to define an accommodating cavity, and the side plates being stacked on the reinforcing members in a height direction of the battery box; and a plurality of battery cores, located in the accommodating cavity.

This application discloses a thermal management system for a battery pack and a thermal management system for an electric vehicle. the thermal management system for the battery pack includes: a thermal management device for the battery pack, a processor, and a solenoid valve network connected to the thermal management device for the battery pack. An external port of the solenoid valve network is connected to an external cooling system. The processor is configured to control operating status of a solenoid valve in the solenoid valve network, so that the thermal management device for the battery pack heats the battery pack by using heat generated by the external cooling system.

The present application discloses a thermal management method for a battery pack. The method includes: under a condition that an electric vehicle is in a stationary state, obtaining a power-on time of the battery pack in the electric vehicle; under a condition of determining that the battery pack has a thermal management demand, determining a target temperature of the battery pack according to a connection state of a charging interface of the electric vehicle and a charging device; determining a thermal management starting time of the battery pack based on the target temperature of the battery pack and the power-on time; and under a condition that the thermal management starting time arrives, performing thermal management on the battery pack so that a temperature of the battery pack reaches the target temperature before the power-on time arrives.

The heating control method includes: acquiring an average current value in a heating circuit of a power battery pack; calculating a current output value required for ncycle according to an average current value of the ncycle, an average current value of (n&#x2212;1)cycle, an average current value of (n&#x2212;2)cycle, a preset current value, n is equal to or greater than 3; outputting a PWM signal to a switch device of the heating circuit according to a pre-calibrated PWM control parameter corresponding to the current output value so that a difference between an actual current value in the heating circuit and the preset current value is less than a preset threshold.

The present disclosure provides a battery module, a manufacturing method of the battery module and a vehicle, the battery module comprises batteries and a thermistor. Each battery comprises a cap plate, a positive electrode terminal, a negative electrode terminal and a vent, the vent is positioned between the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal. The cap plate comprises a first boundary away from the positive electrode terminal, and the vent comprises a third boundary close to the positive electrode terminal. The thermistor is positioned between the first boundary and the third boundary. Because the positive electrode terminal and the location around the positive electrode terminal are high in temperature, therefore when the thermistor collects the temperature of the battery, it greatly reduces the deviation between the collected temperature obtained by the thermistor and the actual temperature of the battery, thereby improving the accuracy of temperature sampling.

A battery pack heating apparatus for double vehicle heating and a control method. In the embodiments of the present application, the apparatus is portably arranged outside a vehicle, and includes: an energy storage device; a current sensor; a first diode, an input end of the first diode connected with a second end of the current sensor; a first heating interface; a first switching device connected between the second end of the current sensor and a positive electrode of the first heating interface; a second diode, an output end of the second diode connected with the second end of the current sensor; a second heating interface; a second switching device connected between the second end of the current sensor and a negative electrode of the second heating interface; and a heating control module configured to control on-off states of the first and the second switching devices.

Battery pack heating apparatus for double vehicle heating and control method

A thermal management device and a battery pack are provided. The thermal management device applied in a battery pack. The battery pack includes a case and a plurality of cells received in the case. The thermal management device includes: a thermal management loop attached to each cell and at least partially covering a part of a vent of each cell; a heat exchange member communicating with the thermal management loop; and a power component connected between the thermal management loop and the heat exchange member. A heat exchange medium with a fire-extinguishing function is provided within the thermal management loop. The thermal management loop is broken in a condition where at least one cell is subjected to thermal runaway such that the heat exchange medium flows into an explosion-proof port of the at least one cell.
