An ultrasonic testing device and method for the connection force of interference fit. The motion control module can realize accurate positioning for the interference fit part and accurate control for motion in the circumferential direction and the axial direction; scanning increments of the circumferential direction and the axial direction are set, and the motion control module drives the interference fit part to perform circumferential and axial point scanning until the testing of the whole matching surface is completed. The ultrasonic signal measured by the point focusing water immersion probe is transmitted to a PC through a control loop in the testing process. Then the stress distribution of the matching surface is obtained through the relationship between the ultrasonic signal and contact stress Finally, the size of the connection force is calculated according to the static friction coefficient.

Embodiments pertaining to techniques of geographical map-based visualization of big data are provided. In one aspect, a random sampling of a dataset may be divided into a plurality of partitions. Each partition of the plurality of partitions may be clustered to provide a plurality of data blocks, each of which may comprise a respective plurality of data items. A respective one or more representative points may be extracted from each data block of the plurality of data blocks to represent the respective data block. The respective one or more representative points for each of the data blocks may then be displayed.

In some examples of a virtual computing environment, multiple virtual machines may execute on a physical computing device while sharing the hardware components corresponding to the physical computing device. A hypervisor corresponding to the physical computing device may be configured to designate a portion of a cache to one of the virtual machines for storing data. The hypervisor may be further configured to identify hostile activities executed in the designated portion of cache and, further still, to implement security measures on those virtual machines on which the identified hostile activities are executed.

A method is disclosed for a mobile node to register with a home agent on a home network when the mobile node is located near a border between two or more foreign domains. A buffer zone is defined that includes the border between the foreign domains and overlapping portions of the foreign domains. When the mobile node is located inside the buffer zone, mobile node re-registration with either foreign agent is limited to once for each registration lifetime rather than each time the mobile node crosses from one foreign domain to another foreign domain.

Implementations and techniques for hybrid 2-D ECG data compression based on wavelet transforms are generally disclosed. In accordance with some implementations, a method for compressing electrocardiogram (ECG) data may include receiving a one-dimensional (1-D) ECG signal, generating a two-dimensional (2-D) ECG data array from the 1-D ECG signal, wavelet transforming the 2-D ECG data array to generate wavelet coefficients including a low frequency subband, a first intermediate frequency subband, a second intermediate frequency subband, and a high-frequency subband, and encoding the wavelet coefficients to generate compressed ECG data. Encoding the wavelet coefficients may include subjecting the low frequency subband, the first intermediate frequency subband, the second intermediate frequency subband, and the high frequency subband to different encoding schemes.
