This application provides a memory, a chip, and a method for storing repair information of the memory. The memory includes a repair circuit that is configured to receive a first signal from a processor and determine to be powered by a first power supply or a second power supply based on a status of the first signal, to store repair information. The repair information is information of the failed bit cells in the memory. The first power supply is zero or in a high impedance state when a system is powered off, and the second power supply is not zero when the system is powered off. The memory further comprises a processing circuit configured to perform communication between the memory and the processor based on the repair information. Therefore, the repair information of the memory can be stored even during power loss.

The present invention discloses a radio-frequency (RF) front-end circuit combining functions of rectification and load modulation and a passive RF tag including thereof. The RF front-end circuit includes a first modulation unit arranged at an output of a rectifier circuit and a second modulation unit arranged between a first and a second end of an antenna coil. The first modulation unit and the second modulation unit are configured to change respectively the voltage at the output of the rectifier circuit and voltage at the two ends of the antenna coil by modulating under a strong field environment or a weak field environment, thus adjusting modulation depth of the passive RF tag. The RF front-end circuit also includes a unidirectional conducting unit to prevent loss of charges stored in a capacitor. The present invention solves existing contradiction of design specification requirements between cost and sensitivity of a passive RF tag.

Radio-frequency front-end circuit combining rectification and load modulation and passive radio-frequency tag

The present invention relates to the field of radio frequency identification, in particular to a temperature measurement and calibration circuit and a passive radio frequency identification tag. Meanwhile, the present invention further relates to a method for performing temperature measurement by using the tag. The temperature measurement and calibration circuit of the tag generates an upper reference voltage value limit and a lower reference voltage value limit, which do not change with temperature, then calibrates the upper reference voltage value limit and the lower reference voltage value limit to a uniform upper voltage value limit and a uniform lower voltage value limit, and eliminates the problem of different reference voltages of tags due to the power supply voltage fluctuation and process deviation. Meanwhile, a temperature measurement voltage generator circuit of the tag generates a calibration voltage value under a uniform calibration temperature. After the calibration voltage value is subjected to translational calibration, the calibration voltage values of the tags to be measured are equal, so that the consistency of temperature values of different tags is ensured. The circuit and tag provided by the present invention may be widely applied to ambient temperature detection, animal temperature detection, cold chain temperature detection or other fields, and have high accuracy of measurement.

Temperature measurement and calibration circuit, passive radio frequency identification tag and method for measuring temperature

The present invention relates to the field of radio frequency, and provides a band-gap reference self-starting circuit and a passive radio frequency identification tag. The self-starting circuit comprises: a first switch device unit, configured to generate a first leakage current in an off state; a second switch device unit, configured to generate a second leakage current lower than the first leakage current in the off state, and generate a control voltage according to the first leakage current and the second leakage current; a control unit, configured to generate a starting control signal according to the control voltage; and a band-gap reference generating unit, configured to generate a reference voltage according to the starting control signal, and control the second switch device unit to enter dormancy using the reference voltage. The present invention boosts the control voltage using the leakage current generated by a field effect transistor in the off state, thereby implementing self-starting and generating the reference voltage, and controls the starting control unit to enter dormancy after the reference voltage is generated, thereby reducing system power consumption.
