A pressure self-controlled irrigation and pesticide application sprinkler for a micro-irrigation system, the sprinkler mainly including a sprinkler body, a sprinkler cap, a spring sleeve, flow guide holes, a spring washer, a mist spraying nozzle, a rotary acceleration chamber, a compressible spring, arc-shaped flow passages, a thread, a deflection surface, an engagement recess, flow guide slots, a connecting rod movable hole, and a connecting rod. The sprinkler is configured as a double-flow-passage structure. The sprinkler body is provided therein with the spring sleeve and the spring washer. Water flow pressure is controlled to push the spring washer to drive the spring sleeve to move vertically, thereby achieving the switching between two operating modes, i.e., irrigation and mist spraying.

Pressure self-controlled irrigation and pesticide application sprinkler for micro-irrigation system

A water-fertilizer-pesticide integrated multifunctional irrigation spray head, mainly including a first spray hole, a second spray hole, a spray head cap, a spray head body, an atomization core, water passing holes, springs, cover sheets, a pipe connector, water outlet holes, a throat cavity, a chamfered groove, and a helical groove. The spray head is configured as a double-flow channel structure. The spray head body and the atomization core are provided in the spray head cap. The atomization core is provided in an inner cavity of the spray head body and is threadedly connected. The bottom of the spray head body is provided with cover sheets, each of the cover sheets is connected by a respective one of the springs. When the working pressure is a low pressure, the cover sheets are in an open state, and the liquid is sprayed by means of two flow channels.

Disclosed is a method for calculating instantaneous sprinkler strength comprising: ensuring that a translational sprinkler () maintains a stable operating state, placing b rain barrels () at a distance of a metres from the translational sprinkler (), and moving the translational sprinkler () to obtain measurement data; calculating movement time, and the average sprayed water depth received by the rain barrels (); assuming the distribution form of the amount of water of the translational sprinkler (), establishing a function relationship between an instantaneous sprinkler strength ht and the movement time t, and calculating a variable in the function relationship; and substituting into the established function relationship a specific numerical value of an instantaneous point in time t of the movement of the translational sprinkler (), so that the value of ht obtained is a numerical value of the instantaneous sprinkler strength of the translational sprinkler (). The calculation method has a simple operation, is fast and can obtain a precise calculation result with relatively low experiment costs.

Method for calculating instantaneous sprinkler strength

The invention discloses a sprinkler for achieving a high atomization effect under a low pressure condition, which belongs to a modern agricultural micro-irrigation apparatus, and comprises a low-pressure fine atomizing nozzle, a small motor fan, a storage battery pack, slotted brackets, a screw rod and adjustable screw nuts, the components of the sprinkler are connected with each other via threads and bolts, and the slotted bracket has a U-shaped slot. The low-pressure atomizing sprinkler can realize height adjustment of the sprinkler through threaded connection of the threaded connecting pipe according to the height of the plant to be sprinkled, and the operation is simple. Effective atomization can be achieved under a low pressure condition and atomization uniformity can be improved by the action of the small motor fan. The sprinkler for achieving a high atomization effect under a low pressure condition is convenient to assemble, the user can quickly install the sprinkler and achieve different atomization effects according to the requirement, so that a single apparatus has multiple functions and effectively overcome drawbacks of the mechanical operation and only functioning in pressure adjustment of the agricultural atomizing sprinklers in the prior art.

The method includes the following steps: measuring an outlet flow rate Qof the atomizing nozzle under a rated working pressure when an outlet clearance between the nozzle core and the nozzle body is &#x3b4;=0; setting the outlet clearance between the nozzle core and the nozzle body by changing a phase angle between the nozzle core and the nozzle body, and measuring an outlet flow rate Qof the atomizing nozzle in a stable working state under the rated working pressure; calculating a flow coefficient of the atomizing nozzle; calculating the outlet clearance of the atomizing nozzle according to an expected outlet flow rate Qof the atomizing nozzle and the flow coefficient of the atomizing nozzle.

Disclosed is a method for calculating the depth of sprayed water of a translational sprinkler in different working conditions, involving placing rain barrels () in n rows in the movement direction of a translational sprinkler (), each row having m barrels, such that the spray radius of rain droplets can completely cover the rain barrels () while ensuring that the translational sprinkler () is spraying stably; calculating the average sprinkler strength of each rain barrel (); drawing a relationship curve of the sprinkler strength and the distance from the centre; setting the movement speed s of the translational sprinkler (); establishing a function relationship between a sprinkler strength d' and time t; calculating the time tneeded for the translational sprinkler () to completely pass one of the rain barrels (); and with the condition that the movement time is t, performing mathematical integration on the sprinkler strength function to obtain the sprinkled depth of water at a certain rain barrel (). The calculation method has a simple operation, is fast and can effectively save on costs, providing a basis for optimizing the movement speed of the translational sprinkler ().

Method for calculating depth of sprayed water of translational sprinkler in different working conditions

An optimization design method for a spatial flow passage of a low-pressure even spray nozzle, relating to a design method for an essential apparatus in a water-saving irrigation system, such as a spray irrigation system. Specifically, if the model and the inlet diameter of a nozzle are determined, the shape and the size of the cross section of an outlet, a flow passage deflection angle, the radius and the arc length of a flow passage contour, and the size of an elevation angle of the outlet are determined to implement structural optimization of a spatial flow passage of the nozzle; moreover, parameterization design of the spatial flow passage in different inlet diameter conditions is implemented, so that a method for determining structural parameters of a spatial flow passage of a nozzle is obtained. A design method of a spatial flow passage under a low-pressure operation condition is developed, such that the hydraulic performance of the nozzle is optimized, and the nozzle is efficient and saves energy.
