The present invention relates to the technical field of display, and in particular to a post spacer, a display panel and a display device. The post spacer includes a support post and a support pillow, wherein the support pillow is formed of a plurality of sub-pillows dispersedly arranged below the bottom of the support post. Since the post spacer is provided with the support pillows dispersedly arranged below the bottom of the support post, the bottom of the support post can be more uniformly stressed, and the support pillow can further provide a certain antiskid effect. Therefore, the post spacer of the present invention has a better supporting effect and can effectively avoid Mura faults.

Embodiments of the disclosure provide an array substrate and a manufacture method thereof. The array substrate comprises a display region and a non-display region, the display region comprises a transistor, the transistor comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode and an active layer, the source electrode and the drain electrode are provided on the active layer and are respectively provided at two ends of the active layer. The non-display region is provided with an alignment mark, the alignment mark is provided in a same layer as the active layer and is configured for aligning the source electrode and the drain electrode with the active layer in the case of re-fabricating the source electrode and the drain electrode.

The short-circuit defect between the lead wires may be avoided while reducing a spacing between the adjacent two lead lines in a limited space for wiring. The array substrate comprises a plurality of criss-cross gate lines and data lines within a display area, and the array substrate further comprises a first short-circuiting ring and a second short-circuiting ring within a non-display area, and first data lead wires and second data lead wires connected electrically with the first short-circuiting ring and the second short-circuiting ring respectively; the first data lead wires are provided in the same layer and made from the same material as the gate lines for connecting electrically the first short-circuiting ring with first data lines of the data lines; the second data lead wires are provided in the same layer and made from the same material as the data lines for connecting electrically the second short-circuiting ring with second data lines of the data lines; wherein the first data lines are interleaved with the second data lines.

In the present disclosure, it is provided an array substrate including a pad area, signal lines arranged on the substrate, conductive connection lines arranged at least on the pad area and directly connected to a flexible circuit, and conductive connection lines arranged at least on the pad area and directly connected to a flexible circuit. The conductive connection lines may be connected to the signal lines through a via hole, and may include a first wire and a second wire electrically connected to each other. The second wire may be arranged in such a manner that a contact area between the conductive connection lines and the flexible circuit is not less than a predetermined threshold when the flexible circuit is displaced in a first direction relative to the first wire. The first direction may be substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the first wire.
