In the pixel circuit, a data writing circuit is configured to control a connection between a data line and a second terminal of a driving circuit under control of a first scanning signal provided by a first scanning line; a reset circuit is configured to control a connection between a reset voltage line and the second terminal of the driving circuit under control of a third scanning signal provided by a third scanning line; or the reset circuit is coupled to the third scanning line, the reset voltage line and a first terminal of the driving circuit, and is configured to control a connection between the reset voltage line and the first terminal of the driving circuit under control of the third scanning signal.

The array substrate includes a substrate; a first metal layer located on the substrate and including a luminous control signal line; a second metal layer located on one side, departing from the substrate, of the first metal layer and including an anode overlap electrode, where the anode overlap electrode and the luminous control signal line have a first overlapping area; and a shielding structure located between the first metal layer and the second metal layer and mutually insulated from the first metal layer and the second metal layer, wherein the orthographic projection of the shielding structure on the substrate at least partially covers the orthographic projection of the first overlapping area on the substrate; and the shielding structure is coupled to a fixed potential.

The pixel drive circuit includes: a data writing sub-circuit, a threshold compensation sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit and a storage sub-circuit, the data writing sub-circuit includes a fourth transistor, which includes a first electrode connected with a data line, a second electrode connected with a first terminal of the driving sub-circuit, and a control electrode connected with a first scan signal line, and the fourth transistor is an oxide thin film transistor; the threshold compensation sub-circuit is configured to compensate a threshold voltage of the driving sub-circuit in response to a second scan signal; the storage sub-circuit is configured to store a data voltage signal; the driving sub-circuit is configured to provide a driving current for a light emitting device to be driven according to voltages of the first terminal and a control terminal thereof.

Light emission of the light-emitting element from a leakage current and lateral leakage at low gray scales caused when initializing the anode of the light-emitting element can be prevented.
