A fingerprint module includes a substrate, a plurality of fingerprint identification components, a fingerprint chip, and a plurality of metal wires. The substrate has an identification area configured to identify a fingerprint and a non-identification area located at a periphery of the identification area. The fingerprint identification components are disposed in the identification area of the substrate. The fingerprint chip is disposed in a non-identification area of the substrate. Each of the fingerprint identification components is electrically connected to the fingerprint chip through a corresponding metal wire.

The invention provides a display panel and a display device. An array substrate of the display panel includes signal transmission circuits and a control signal circuit. The signal transmission circuits include a first signal transmission circuit and a second signal transmission circuit in the circuit region. The second signal transmission circuit and the control signal circuit are disposed at the same layer. Therefore, there is no need to provide a hole for electrical connection between second signal transmission circuit and control signal circuit in the circuit region. The density of the holes in the circuit region is reduced.

Display panel and display device

An in-cell facial recognition display panel, a method, and a liquid crystal display are disclosed. A facial recognition sub pixel is provided with a facial recognition module which is configured to capture a facial image. A display chip and facial recognition chip is arranged at one terminal of a non-display area. The display chip drives a panel display. The facial recognition chip drives the facial recognition sub pixel to capture the facial image. The present disclosure facilitates the design of a comprehensive screen, the improvement of the screen production yield, and the economy of the entire device.

In-cell facial recognition display panel, method and liquid crystal display

A touch-control array substrate and a display device are provided. A plurality of touch-control units are arranged on the touch-control array substrate. A product of a resistance value of a touch-control circuit of the touch-control units and a capacitive value of the touch-control electrode of the touch-control units is constant. The effort for the touch-control chip to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is the same as the effort to drive the near-IC terminal touch-control electrode. So it will not occur that to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is difficult or unsuccessful.

Touch control array substrate and display device

Provided is a driving method of a touch display panel. The driving method of the touch display panel drives the touch display panel with an indentation design. Common voltages are inputted to touch electrodes, and a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a larger area is smaller than a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a small area. Or, common voltages are inputted to the touch electrodes and data voltages are inputted to pixel electrodes, so that the data voltages of the pixel electrodes corresponding to the touch electrodes with the same area are the same when an area corresponding to pixel electrodes of the touch display panel displays an image with a same gray scale, a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a larger area is smaller than a common voltage inputted to the touch electrode with a small area.

Driving method of touch display panel

A display device comprises a backlight module, a display panel and a first glue layer. The backlight module comprises a light guiding plate, a flexible reflecting sheet and a light source. The light guiding plate is provided with a light incoming face, a light outgoing face, a back face and a plurality of side faces. The flexible reflecting sheet is provided with a first area segment and a plurality of second area segments. The back face of the light guiding plate leans against the first area segment; the second area segments are connected to the first area segment and are bent relative to the first area segment; and at least part of the second area segments cover the side faces of the light guiding plate correspondingly. The light source is arranged on the flexible reflecting sheet and is aligned with the light incoming face of the light guiding plate. The light outgoing face faces the display panel. The display panel and the backlight module adhere to each other through the first glue layer. The first glue layer is located between the display panel and the second area segments of the flexible reflecting sheet. The invention also discloses an assembling method of the display device. Thus, the display device can achieve the frame narrowing function.

Flexible display device

The present invention teaches a touch display panel having a notch. A first resistance of a touch electrode is defined as the sum of a contact resistance between the touch electrode and the touch electrode's corresponding wire, and a resistance of the corresponding wire. For touch electrodes of an identical area, the touch electrodes have an identical first resistances. For touch electrodes of different areas, the touch electrodes of smaller areas have greater first resistances than those of the touch electrodes of greater areas. A consistent RC loading is obtained for touch electrodes of different areas, thereby effectively eliminating the touch and display differences resulted from the different areas of touch electrodes as the touch display panel has a notch design.

Touch display panel

A display panel includes a transparent substrate, a visible light backlight source, an infrared backlight source, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of display data lines, a plurality of sensing data lines, a plurality of display transistors, a plurality of display pixels, a plurality of sensing pixels, and plurality of sensing transistors. When the display transistors receive the scanning signals, the display pixels are configured to display grayscale according to the visible light and the display data signals. When the sensing transistors receive the scanning signals, the sensing pixels are configured to generate detecting signals after conducting the sensing signals to the plurality of sensing data lines. Fingerprint recognition can be implemented on the display area of display panel without extra fingerprint recognizing components so that the screen can be minimized and the smart terminals can be lighter.

An array substrate and an array substrate testing structure are provided. The array substrate includes a display region and a non-display region, a plurality of receiving test signal pins, a plurality of bonding pins and a plurality of transmission lines are positioned on the non-display region, the receiving test signal pins and the transmission lines are arranged in row. This invention decreases width of non-display region of electrical device such that easily to design the narrow frame.

Array substrate and array substrate testing structure

An embodiment of the present application discloses a touch display panel and a method for driving the touch display panel. Wherein, the touch display panel includes a plurality of first conductive lines, a plurality of second conductive lines, and pixel units located at intersections of the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines. The pixel units are electrically connected to the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines; a first switch and a second switch respectively disposed at two ends of the first conductive lines along the first direction, a third switch and a fourth switch respectively disposed at two ends of the second conductive lines along the second direction, the first direction perpendicular to the second direction, the touch display panel in a display state or a touch sensing state with a time division manner. The application can achieve the multiplexing of the display and the touch.

Touch display panel and method for driving touch display panel

An in-cell touch screen is provided and has a color filter substrate and an array substrate disposed and facing the color filter substrate. The array substrate has a substrate, a buffer layer, a gate insulating layer, an interlayer insulating layer, a first planarization layer, a common electrode layer, a metal mesh wire, a second planarization layer, and sensing electrode wires, all of which are stacked in sequence. The sensing electrode wires are connected with the metal mesh wire through vias.

In-cell touch screen

The present invention provides a force touch display device, including a liquid crystal display (), a backlight module (), a backlight module bottom frame (), a shield layer (), a pressure sensor () and a middle frame (). With the shield layer () providing a function of shielding an electromagnetic noise signal being used inside the display device, the interference applied on the pressure sense result of the pressure sensor by the electromagnetic noise signal inside the force touch display device is effectively reduced, and thus the force touch sensitivity of the force touch display device is improved.

Force touch display device

An in-cell touch screen is provided and has an array substrate, where a metal is added into and disposed in a gap between common electrode plates of the array substrate. The metal is connected with the common electrode plates, and the metal together with pixel electrodes form an electric field, such that liquid crystal molecules in an area corresponding to the gap between the common electrode plates are driven to tilt normally. Therefore, the area and other display areas have an identical display effect.

A test circuit which is configured to test an in-cell touch screen includes a plurality of cascaded scanning circuits. The scanning circuit includes a test signal input terminal, a test signal output terminal connected to the touch electrode correspondingly through a first signal line and configured to input a test signal to the corresponding touch electrode, and a short-circuit feedback terminal connected to the touch electrode which the test signal output terminal of the scanning circuit at a previous stage is connected to.

A pressure touch liquid crystal display panel, which includes a liquid crystal panel, an top polarizer, a touchscreen, a force sensing layer, a bottom polarizer, a backlight, and an iron frame. The top polarizer is disposed on an upper surface of the liquid crystal panel. The touchscreen is disposed on an upper surface of the top polarizer. A force sensing layer is disposed on a lower surface of the liquid crystal panel. A bottom polarizer is disposed on a lower surface of the force sensing layer. A backlight is disposed on a lower surface of the bottom polarizer. The iron frame is disposed outside of the backlight.
