A system for extracting carbon source from sewage sludge in sewer pipes through online organic and inorganic component separation includes an outer system box, where the outer system box is provided therein with a system body; the system body includes a deodorization module, a pre-treatment module, and a cyclone separation module that are sequentially connected from top to bottom; an upper side wall of the cyclone separation module is provided with an oversize residue pressing module; and the pre-treatment module, the cyclone separation module, and the oversize residue pressing module are electrically connected to a control module. The present disclosure achieves online and on-site quick treatment of the sewage sludge in the sewer pipe, and solves common practical problems arising in the existing centralized treatment and disposal method of sewage sludge in the sewer pipe.

System and method for extracting carbon source from sewage sludge in sewer pipes through online organic and inorganic component separation

The present disclosure relates to a system and process for separating sand and gravel in sediments of a sewage pipe network and recycling organic matters. The system includes a conveying grid plate, a mud outlet is provided below the conveying grid plate, and a masonry conveying area is provided at one side of the conveying grid plate; a fiber crushing tank, disposed below the mud outlet, and a crushing device is disposed below the mud outlet; a masonry scouring and recycling tank, provided with an interception grille located at one side of the masonry conveying area, a flushing device is disposed above the interception grille, a masonry outlet is provided in the masonry scouring and recycling tank, the masonry scouring and recycling tank is communicated with a muddy water return pipe, and the muddy water return pipe is communicated with the mud outlet.

System and process for separating sand and gravel in sediments of sewage pipe network and recycling organic matters

The disclosure belongs to the field of sewage treatment technology, in particular to a low-carbon nitrogen and phosphorus removal system and process for sewage treatment. The system of the disclosure includes a primary sedimentation fermentation tank, a mainstream modified AO unit and a bypass anammox unit. The disclosure sets a denitrification phosphorus removal functional zone in the anoxic tank of the AO system, and sets a deoxygenation zone in the aerobic tank. Combined with the primary sedimentation fermentation tank, the efficient utilization of the carbon source of the AO process is strengthened. The system has good effluent quality and does not require the addition of a carbon source, and the aeration energy consumption is low, which achieves efficient and low-carbon nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
