The invention relates to the field of the Internet of Things, and in particular, to an OTA differential upgrade method and system of a master-slave architecture. The method comprises: Step S1, obtaining an upgrade scheme, and determining a master-slave connection relationship and an upgrade manner according to the upgrade scheme; Step S2, downloading a differential upgrading file; Step S3, determining a processing mode of a master node according to the upgrading manner of a slave node; if the upgrading manner of the slave node is a first manner, the node flashes and restores the differential upgrading file and sends the differential upgrading file to the slave node, so that the slave node completes upgrading; if the upgrading manner of the slave node is a second manner, the master node flashes and restores the differential upgrading file and sends the differential upgrading file to the slave node for upgrading.

A system and method to determine a location of a device in a wireless local area network (LAN) based on positioning assistance data acquired from a server is disclosed. The host-offload wireless LAN device may determine a location based on the location computations done inside the wireless LAN module. The device includes a storage medium configured to provide a database of positioning assistance data, a wireless LAN module configured to receive beacon signals broadcast from one or more access points, and a processor configured to store the access point identification information and the signal strength detected by the wireless LAN module in a first memory section, access the previously-stored positioning assistance data from the storage medium, assemble positioning assistance data based on a comparison, store the assembled positioning assistance data in a second memory section, and determine a location of wireless LAN device using assembled positioning assistance data.

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for tracking shop information using blockchain. In an embodiment, a shop application system may gather information related to a shop using various sensors within the shop. For example, the shop application system may identify a flow rate of traffic within the shop or outside of the shop. The shop application system may securely transmit this information to a blockchain cloud platform to be stored onto a blockchain. The blockchain may also maintain store information from a client application system related to shop ownership or tenancy. In this manner, the blockchain may provide a public means for accessing transactions related to a shop as well as provide confidence in the information provided.

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for vehicular telematics with virtual-reality monitoring capabilities. An example system may establish a data connection to a plurality of sensors corresponding to at least one component of a vehicle, retrieve status information corresponding to the at least one component of the vehicle, from the plurality of sensors, send the status information retrieved from the plurality of sensors to a data set, receive at least one result of predictive analytics performed with the data set, and generate output via an interface. Other embodiments may additionally place requests for new parts or service based on the at least one result of the predictive analytics. The data set may be a structured database or an unstructured cluster. Big data analytics may use simulations for predictions. Output may leverage virtual reality or augmented reality to improve ease of use and intuitiveness for any role of users.

Each positioning data can associate position information of a location with an identifier of a wireless station for providing wireless connection at the location and a characteristic of a wireless signal received at the location. In one embodiment, a system is provided that includes a first processor configured to, in response to a first request for a location of a device, determine a first location of the device, and provide the first location as the location of the device. When the device has not moved from the first location the second processor is configured to provide the first location. When the device has moved from the first location, the second processor is configured to determine a second location of the device using less power than the first processor in determining the first location and provide the second location as the location of the device.

The present disclosure provides a method for determining a real-time position of a mobile device using a global positioning system (GPS) and wireless local area network (WLAN) hybrid positioning mode. The method includes determining, by a mobile device, the mobile device's environment area based on GPS satellite signals; determining an absolute position of the mobile device based on the GPS satellite signals while the mobile device is moving from an outdoor area to an indoor area; estimating a reference position of the mobile device based on the determined absolute position and WLAN access point signals while moving to a shadow area; and while moving to an indoor area, determining an estimated position of the mobile device based on calculated regressive coefficients and the WLAN access point signals, and updating the estimated position of the mobile device based on motion information and indoor floor map information.

The method includes detecting access points and classifying one or more of the access points as being either fixed or mobile. An access point classified as being mobile indicates that the access point is mobile. An access point classified as being fixed indicates that the access point is located at a fixed position. The method also includes determining a position of the device based, at least in part, on one or more channel powers of signals respectively received from one or more access points classified as being fixed. In this manner, the position of the device is not determined based on channel powers of signals received from access points classified as being mobile.
