The display panel includes: a base substrate, an anode layer, a cathode layer, an organic functional layer and cathode signal lines, wherein the anode layer is located on the base substrate; the cathode layer is located on the side of the anode layer that faces away from the base substrate, and the orthographic projection of the cathode layer on the base substrate overlaps with both a display area and a non-display area; the organic functional layer is located between the anode layer and the cathode layer, and the orthographic projection of the organic functional layer on the base substrate overlaps with the display area; the cathode signal lines are located on the side of the organic functional layer that is close to the base substrate, and the cathode signal lines are located in the non-display area.

Display panel and display apparatus

The present application provides a display panel and a semiconductor device. The display panel is provided with a plurality of pixel light-emitting units and a plurality of driving circuits. An active layer is located on one side of a substrate and comprises a plurality of active regions. A first gate layer comprises a plurality of gates, and there is an overlapping area between the orthographic projections of the gates on the substrate and the orthographic projections of the corresponding active regions on the substrate. A second gate layer is located on the side of the first gate layer distant from the active layer and comprises a shielding layer. A first source-drain electrode layer is located on the side of the second gate layer distant from the first gate layer, and comprises a plurality of power lines arranged side by side.

In the display substrate, at least a portion of a cathode is located in a display region; at least one driver chip is located in a non-display region; a first power supply signal line pattern is located in the non-display region and arranged on at least one side of the display region. The first transmission portion extends in a first direction, and is electrically connected to the cathode. The one or more grid driving circuits are configured for supplying the grid driving signals to the grid lines within the active area corresponding to the one or more grid driving circuits. One or more multiplexers, wherein each of the multiplexers includes a plurality of frame-starting-up-signal outputting units, each of the frame-starting-up-signal outputting units of the multiplexer is configured for supplying a frame starting-up signal to one of the grid driving circuits.

The bearing substrate may be bound to an integrated substrate. A thermal expansion coefficient of the bearing substrate is greater than a thermal expansion coefficient of the integrated substrate. The integrated substrate includes a plurality of second binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in a same direction. The bearing substrate includes a plurality of first binding terminal sets distributed at equal intervals in a first direction, and each of the first binding terminal sets includes a plurality of first binding terminals distributed at equal intervals in the first direction for binding with the plurality of the second binding terminals one-to-one.

A display panel has a display region, a fan-out region located on a side of the display region, and a bonding region located on a side of the fan-out region away from the display region. The display panel includes a gate driving circuit disposed in the display region, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of control signal lines that all extends from the display region to the fan-out region, and a plurality of data fan-out leads and a plurality of first fan-out leads that are all disposed in the fan-out region. Each data line is electrically connected to a data fan-out lead. The data fan-out leads are gathered to the bonding region. The control signal lines are electrically connected to the gate driving circuit. Each control signal line is electrically connected to a first fan-out lead. The first fan-out leads are gathered to the bonding region.

Display panel having a fan-out region and display device

Provided is a pixel drive circuit. The pixel drive circuit includes a plurality of scan drive circuits transmitting gate drive signals to pixels, a plurality of emission drive circuits transmitting emission control signals to the pixels, a plurality of compensation drive circuits transmitting compensation signals to the pixels, and a plurality of reset drive circuits transmitting reset signals to the pixels, which are all cascaded in a pixel column direction. A display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate includes multiple sub-pixels, each sub-pixel including a light-emitting region and a non-light-emitting region, and a driving circuit being provided in each sub-pixel. The driving circuit includes a storage capacitor and multiple transistors. The transistors include a switching transistor, a driving transistor, and a sensing transistor. For each sub-pixel, the transistors are located in the non-light-emitting region, the storage capacitor is a transparent capacitor, and the orthographic projection of the storage capacitor on a substrate overlaps the light-emitting region. The first electrode of the storage capacitor is arranged on the same layer as the active layer of the transistors, and arranged on a different layer from the source and drain electrodes of the transistors, and the second electrode of the storage capacitor is located on the side of the first electrode close to the substrate.
