A gimbal photographing device includes a fuselage; a folding mechanism, connected to the fuselage; and a gimbal camera, connected to the folding mechanism. The gimbal camera is foldable and unfoldable relative to the fuselage via the folding mechanism. A power switch is disposed on the fuselage. The folding mechanism includes a base connected to the gimbal camera.
