A system for virtual commissioning of a building management system includes one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to: receive, at a virtual server, product installation data from a building management system controller installed at a building site via a first connection, the product installation data corresponding to a product installation at the building site; receive, commissioning data from the remote commissioning system via a second connection; configure one or more products installed at the building site to be controlled by the virtual building management system on the virtual server; and selectively transfer control of the one or more products installed at the building site from the virtual building management system hosted at on the virtual server to the building management system controller installed at the building site.

A system for distributed device management includes a group of devices. Each device in the group of devices communicate with one or more other devices in the group of devices over one or more network channels, and each device in the group of devices includes a processing circuit. The processing circuit of each device in the group of devices manages one or more devices in the group of devices, authorizes a new device to join the group of devices, and synchronizes data with the new device and with one or more devices in the group of devices over the one or more network channels.

System and method for distributed device configuration and authorization

A network system for interconnecting an operational technology (OT) network and an information technology (IT) network in a building. The network system includes an OT network, an IT network, and a network tool. The network tool is configured to obtain a current network configuration of a plurality of OT network switches in an OT network. The current network configuration includes at least one of the network addresses of the plurality of OT network switches and a routing table associated with the plurality of OT network switches. The network tool is further configured to update the routing table to route network traffic between the OT network and an IT network. The network tool is further configured to update the network addresses of the plurality of OT network switches to have network addresses within at least one subnet of the IT network.
