Embodiments of this application provide a storage component, a preparation method, a reading/writing method, a storage chip, and an electronic device, is related to the storage technology field, and is used to resolve a problem that a quantity of storage states of a spin orbit torque-magnetic random access memory is increased while a storage state change range remains unchanged. The storage component includes: a first magnetic tunnel junction, a spin orbit coupling layer and a second magnetic tunnel junction that are sequentially arranged in a stacked manner. The first magnetic tunnel junction includes a first free layer, and the second magnetic tunnel junction includes a second free layer. The first free layer and the second free layer are arranged on two opposite surfaces of the spin orbit coupling layer.

Storage device and preparation method, read-write method, storage chip and electronic device

A device suspension method and a computing device are provided. In the method, before a device enters a suspended state, memory space occupied by a background process that is unrelated to a foreground process is released. In this way, the background process unrelated to the foreground process is not saved in a memory of the device. In other words, it reduces data stored in the memory when the device is suspended. Therefore, when the device needs to be woken up, only a relatively small amount of data needs to be read from the memory, and a working state can be rapidly restored. This can reduce a delay of reading data from the memory when the device is woken up, thereby accelerating a wakeup speed of the device. In addition, the data is stored in the memory when the device is suspended.

A gimbal includes an axis structure including a rotating member, a bearing member rotatably connected to the rotating member, and a locking structure. The rotating member includes a rotor of a motor or a member fixedly connected to a rotor. The bearing member includes a stator of the motor or a member fixedly connected to a stator. Upon mounting the electronic device on the holding device, the holding device has at least two stable states, and the holding device stores a preset time duration for transitioning from the first stable state to the second stable state. The holding device further includes a control circuit, which, in response to a time during which the holding device transitions from the first stable state to the second stable state exceeds the preset time duration, controls the driving member to stop or reduce a power output.

A gimbal for carrying a load includes a first frame configured to be coupled with the load, and a second frame rotatably coupled with the first frame. At least one of the first frame or the second frame includes a connecting segment and a movable segment movably coupled with the connecting segment. The movable segment is movable relative to the connecting segment to cause the at least one of the first frame or the second frame to extend or retract. The at least one of the first frame or the second frame includes a locking part disposed on one of the connecting segment and the movable segment. The locking part is configured to abut against the connecting segment or disengage from the connecting segment for placing the movable segment in a locked state or a movable state.

A gimbal includes an axis structure including a locking structure, a rotating member including a rotor of a motor or a member fixedly connected to a rotor, and a bearing member rotatably connected to the rotating member and including a stator of the motor or a member fixedly connected to a stator. The axis structure is configured to be locked by the locking structure when the axis structure rotates to a preset position in a non-operational state of the gimbal.

The present disclosure provides a clamping mechanism having a base. A first holding mechanism extends from one side of the base and movable to form an unfolded position and a folded position relative to the base. A second holding mechanism extends from another side of the base and movable to form the unfolded position and the folded position. The first holding mechanism restricts movement of an electronic device clamped on the clamping mechanism in a first direction in the unfolded position, the second holding mechanism restricts movement of the electronic device in a second direction in the unfolded position, and the second direction is different from the first direction. The present disclosure further provides a pan-tilt-zoom assembly with a clamping mechanism. The PTZ assembly with the clamping mechanism is suited for one-hand user operations and is not top-heavy.

At least one of the first frame or the second frame includes a connecting segment and a movable segment movably coupled with the connecting segment, the movable segment being movable relative to the connecting segment to cause the at least one of the first frame or the second frame to extend or retract.

A gimbal includes a support, a carrying member carrying an electrical component, a carrying member driver coupled to the support and the carrying member, and a transmission member in the support. The carrying member driver is configured to drive the carrying member to rotate relative to the support. The carrying member driver includes a stator coupled to the support, and a rotor sleeving outside the stator and being coupled to the carrying member. The transmission member extends from within the support, winds around a circumference of the rotor, and extends to the carrying member to be electrically connected with the electrical component.

A gimbal includes a yaw-axis structure and a locking structure. The yaw-axis structure includes a rotating member and a bearing member connected to the rotating member. The locking structure is coupled to the rotating member and includes a cover fixed on the rotating member with a receiving slot formed between the cover and the rotating member, a locking switch received in the receiving slot and slidable along the receiving slot, and a positioning snap member. One end of the positioning snap member is connected to the locking switch via an elastic member. Another end of the positioning snap member includes a snap-fit portion configured to be snapped to the bearing member to effect a yaw-axis locking of the gimbal when the locking switch is pushed downwards to exert a pressure on the positioning snap member and the snap-fit portion is aligned with a preset position of the bearing member.
