A cobalt-chromium alloy stent comprising several main body units, wherein each main body unit is composed of several supporting rings connected by flexible ribs and the adjacent main body units are connected by several connecting ribs. A drug eluting stent comprising the cobalt-chromium alloy stent and a drug coating containing arsenic trioxide and tacrolimus. The drug release curves of the two composite drugs of arsenic trioxide and tacrolimus used in the present invention are adjusted, so that the inflammatory response of vascular endothelial cells and the proliferation behavior of vascular smooth muscle cells are effectively inhibited, and the vascular restenosis rate is reduced.

Cobalt-chromium alloy stent and drug eluting stent

A degradable biomedical magnesium alloy drug-eluting vascular stent and a preparation method. With the total weight of a magnesium alloy being 100% for calculation, the magnesium alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3.0-6.0% of Gd, 2.5-5.5% of Y, 1.0-3.0% of Li, 0.3-1.0% of Zn, 0.2-1.0% of Zr, and the balance being Mg. The stent has good radial support strength and strain dispersion capability by means of finite element design. After a protective coating is used, the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy stent is greatly improved. An arsenic trioxide/rapamycin and tacrolimus composite drug sustained-release system is used to fully adapt to the damage repair process of blood vessels. An implantation result of large animals shows that the vascular stent system has a good anti-restenosis treatment effect.

Degradable biomedical magnesium alloy drug-eluting vascular stent and preparation method

A method for preparing low-background cement includes: uniformly mixing a seed crystal of cement, CAF whiskers, and high-magnesium raw material to yield a first mixture, calcining the first mixture at 1400-1500° C., to yield a low-background clinker, the first mixture including 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the seed crystal of cement, 1.0-5.0 wt. % of the CAF whiskers, and the balance is the high-magnesium raw material; and grinding a second mixture of the low-background clinker and gypsum, to yield low-background cement. The seed crystal of cement is a high-magnesium and low hydration heat clinker, has a specific activity of Ra-226 radioactive nuclides within 50 Bq/kg, and the MgO content of the clinker is between 4.0 wt. % and 5.0 wt. %, with 50 wt. %≤CS≤55.0 wt. %; and the high-magnesium raw material has a MgO content between 2.5 wt. % and 3.0 wt. %.

Method for preparing low-background cement

A method for preparing Portland cement includes: respectively weighing iron slag, copper slag, vanadium slag, and nickel slag and grinding, to yield prefabricated iron slag, prefabricated copper slag, prefabricated vanadium slag, and prefabricated nickel slag; weighing mica and kaolinite, mixing, and grinding to obtain aluminous raw materials; evenly mixing the prefabricated iron slag and the aluminous raw materials, and calcining, to yield an iron-aluminum eutectic mineral; weighing the marble, fluorite, dolomite, and quartz, evenly mixing the marble, fluorite, dolomite, and quartz with the prefabricated copper slag, prefabricated vanadium slag, and prefabricated nickel slag to yield a first mixture; grinding the iron-aluminum eutectic mineral to yield powders, and calcining a second mixture of the first mixture and the powders, to yield the cement clinker; and cooling the cement clinker, and grinding a third mixture of the cooled cement clinker and the gypsum, to yield the Portland cement.
