A light homogenization method for an LCD photocuring 3D printer, including: obtaining the initial grayscale value of a pixel in image data to be printed; obtaining a preset light homogenization compensation value, and calculating the difference between the preset light homogenization compensation value and the initial grayscale value, to obtain a target grayscale value; and controlling the LCD to perform, according to the target grayscale value, photocuring printing on the image data to be printed. The method can solve the problem of uneven exposure in photocuring 3D printing in the prior art, and improve the printing quality. A light homogenization apparatus for an LCD photocuring 3D printer, and a printer are correspondingly provided.

A release device and a printing apparatus are provided. The release device includes: a fixing member, a release film, a support plate, a soft rubber ring and an exhaust device. The fixing member is arranged to be fixed to the release film. The soft rubber ring is arranged between the release film and the support plate at edges of the release film and the support plate. A cavity is enclosed by the release film, the support plate, and the soft rubber ring together. The support plate is provided with a first through hole through which the exhaust device is in communication with the cavity. In this way, air in the cavity can be exhausted by the exhaust device, the release film can be attached downward to the support plate, a printing model can thus be smoothly released from the release film.

A printing device includes a main control board, a resin vat, a vibration generating assembly, a detection assembly and a support plate. The vibration generating assembly includes a drive component and a paddle. A drive end of the drive component is connected to the paddle, and the drive end is configured to drive the paddle to vibrate. The detection assembly includes an elastic sheet, a resistance strain gage and a detection circuit. The resistance strain gage is attached to the elastic sheet, a first end of the elastic sheet is arranged on the first face of the support plate, and a second end of the elastic sheet extends into the liquid to be detected. The detection circuit is configured to determine an output voltage according to a resistance value of the resistance strain gage. Automatic detection of the liquid level depth of the liquid to be detected is achieving.

Printing devices and liquid level depth detection method

A feeding device and a 3D printer are provided. The feeding device includes a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe, a feeding power unit, a temperature adjusting device and a resin vat containing a resin liquid. The temperature adjusting device includes a heat exchange pipeline, a liquid intake end of the heat exchange pipeline is connected to a first end of the first connecting pipe, a liquid output end of the heat exchange pipeline is connected to a first end of the second connecting pipe, a second end of the first connecting pipe and a second end of the second connecting pipe are both located in the resin vat, and at least one of the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe is provided with the feeding power unit.

Disclosed are a feeding device and a 3D printing apparatus. The feeding device includes a resin vat, a driving device and a conveying device. The driving device is connected to the resin vat, the driving device is connected to a container filled with a resin liquid through the conveying device, and the interior of the container is further in communication with the resin vat through the conveying device. When the height of the resin liquid inside the resin vat is lower than a first preset height, the driving device inputs gas into the container through the conveying device, such that the resin liquid inside the container is conveyed into the resin vat through the conveying device, thereby achieving automatic feeding to avoid a model printing failure due to lack of the resin liquid.
