The present disclosure relates to a 2,4-disubstituted pyrimidine derivative and the use thereof as a therapeutically effective cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor. In particular, the present disclosure relates to the use of a new 2,4-disubstituted pyrimidine derivatives shown in formula (I) and a pharmaceutical composition thereof as a selective CDK4/6 inhibitor in preventing or treating diseases related to CDK4/6.

The present invention relates to a heterocyclic-substituted pyridinopyrimidinone derivative and the use thereof as a therapeutically effective cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor. In particular, the present invention relates to the use of a new heterocyclic-substitute pyridinopyrimidinone derivative as shown in formula (I) and a pharmaceutical composition thereof as a selective CDK4/6 inhibitor in preventing or treating diseases related to CDK4/6.

The present invention provides a method and system for automatic objects classification. The method comprises: acquiring a set of objects; classifying the objects based on query log to generate a first classification result; classifying the objects based on ontological information to generate a second classification result; and semantically fusing the first and second classification results to generate a final classification result. According to the present invention, compared with the prior arts, by semantically fusing the query log-based classification result and the ontology-based classification result, the accuracy and user-friendness of the object classification can be improved.

The present invention provides an apparatus for expanding a query requirement, comprising: a query requirement understanding device which generates an explicit query requirement according to a user query request; and a query requirement expanding device which generates an implicit query requirement associated with the explicit query requirement.
