A method for analyzing flow matrix data includes: acquiring and sampling a forward-scattered light pulse signal outputted by a flow matrix analyzer and a plurality of fluorescence pulse signals; performing fluorescence compensation on three pieces of fluorescence pulse data after the sampling, and mapping true data of two classification fluorescence pulses to a scatter plot so as to form a two-dimensional array; converting the two-dimensional array into a binary image, and constructing an ellipse gate related to the gathering region; obtaining intrinsic characteristics and movement characteristics of the ellipse gate; and obtaining coordinates of two focuses on the ellipse gate; calculating a distance between each microsphere particle and the two focuses on each ellipse gate; and calculating a median value of true data of calibration fluorescence pulses on all microsphere particles.

The present disclosure discloses a flamed-based vacuum generator, including a shell and a combustion assembly, where the shell has a cavity, the cavity being a space having at least one opening, and the combustion assembly includes a combustible object and an igniter, the igniter being configured to ignite the combustible object, the combustible object generating a flame in the cavity, and the flame extinguishing in the cavity. In the present disclosure, through in-depth study of the internal mechanism of vacuum generated by flame combustion, it is found that the extinguishing process of a flame is the key to the generation of vacuum, and a larger flame and more sufficient combustion indicate a higher vacuum pressure generated in the cavity after the flame is extinguished.

The climbing machine includes a machine body, a mechanical arm, and at least two ropes, each rope connects a suspension mechanism and the machine body; the suspension mechanism is connected to or disengaged from an object structure, the length of the rope between the suspension mechanism and the machine body is variable; through dragging or pulling of the rope, the machine body can move on the object structure; the mechanical arm connects a gripping mechanism and the machine body; the gripping mechanism can grip and move any suspension mechanism and disengage a gripped suspension mechanism. In the present invention, the machine body moves without interference, and can be pulled not only on a smooth surface but also on a hollow or bending surface, and features a simple structure, a wide application scope, and the like.

The present disclosure relates to an expanding and radiative flow mechanism. The mechanism has a bottom surface. The bottom surface is provided with a fluid supply port. The bottom surface of the mechanism and a surface of a to-be-adsorbed object form a gap during use. A fluid flows out from the fluid supply port, enters the gap and flows out along the gap. The gap is an expanding gap and meets the following: a radial length exists with the fluid supply port as an initial point of the flow, and a height of the gap continuously increases in an outward radial direction within this length. With improvements to a parallel radiative flow mechanism, the mechanism of the present disclosure can effectively increase an absorption force of a radiative flow, which is conducive to subsequent applications thereof.

The present invention relates to a turntable mechanism, including a flat plate and a rotating device for driving the flat plate to rotate, where the flat plate rotates to generate a negative pressure between a lower surface of the flat plate and a surface of an adsorbed object, the flat plate and the adsorbed object adhere together by an adsorption force generated by the negative pressure, and in this case, a gap is kept between the lower surface of the flat plate and the surface of the adsorbed object. In the present invention, a continuous, consistent, and stable fluid film is formed between the turntable and the adsorbed object, and a secondary flow is not easily generated, thereby ensuring that the adsorption force between the rotating flat plate and the adsorbed object is more stable.

The present invention relates to a suction device, including a body. A cavity is disposed in the body. The cavity has a closed end face and an open end face. The open end face forms an end face to suck a workpiece. A tangential nozzle is disposed on a sidewall surface of the cavity. An external fluid enters the cavity through the tangential nozzle along a tangential direction of the cavity. A suction hole is disposed on the closed end face. The suction hole is connected to a suction unit. The suction unit sucks the fluid in the cavity through the suction hole. The present disclosure relates to a suction device including a shell with a chamber, the chamber including an opening. A fan is disposed in the chamber, and a power component for driving the fan to rotate is disposed on the shell. An external fluid source holding an additional fluid is connected to the chamber. The additional fluid of the external fluid source flows into the chamber to occupy a volume in the chamber and at least partially forces a first fluid originally present in the chamber out of the chamber. The fan drives fluids in the chamber to rotate so that a stepped negative pressure is generated in the chamber, with a magnitude of the negative pressure decreasing as a distance to a periphery of the chamber decreases. Thereby, a pressure difference between an inside and an outside of the shell is decreased, decreasing vacuum leakage of the suction device.
