The present disclosure provides a method for experimentally determining a critical sand-carrying gas velocity of a shale gas well. The method includes: collecting well structure and production data, calculating parameter ranges of a gas flow velocity and a liquid flow velocity; carrying out a physical simulation experiment of sand carrying in the shale gas well to obtain the sand holding capacity of the wellbore under different experimental conditions, and calculating a sand holding rate; by observing a change curve of the sand holding rate of the wellbore vs. the gas flow velocity, defining a turning point, and sensitively analyzing the influence of other experimental variables on the turning point, to calculate the critical sand-carrying production of the shale gas well under different conditions. Therefore, this calculation method is simple and applicable, and provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of water drainage and gas production process.

Method for experimentally determining critical sand-carrying gas velocity of shale gas wells

The invention discloses an experimental system and a method for wellbore pressure testing under the coexistence of gas-kick and loss-circulation, comprising a drill string simulator, a wellbore simulator and a complex stratigraphic structure simulator communicated in sequence from top to bottom; further comprising a medium return pipeline for collecting the returning test liquid and a medium leakage module for collecting the leaking test liquid; further comprising a data acquisition system for collecting data during testing. In the present invention, the experimental system has a simple structure, and the experimental method can comprehensively cover the three stages of circulating, well shut-in and well killing during the occurrence of coexistence of gas-kick and loss-circulation, multiple groups of experiments can be conducted by changing a single variable at the same stage, thus making the experimental test results applicable to all stages of wellbore pressure control in drilling operation.

Experimental system and a method for wellbore pressure testing under the coexistence of gas-kick and loss-circulation

The invention discloses a circulating system and a method for continuous downhole cooling of high-temperature drilling fluid. The circulating system includes a cooling water tank, a cooling water injection pump, a plurality of U-shaped pipes, a liquid nitrogen cooling tank, a spiral pipe, a cooling water return pump and a return pipeline. The U-shaped pipe is fixed in an unsealed bond cement gap between outer and inner casings, and two ends are respectively connected with output end of the cooling water injection pump and the spiral pipe. The spiral pipe is disposed in the liquid nitrogen cooling tank; input and output ends of the cooling water return pump are respectively connected with the spiral pipe and the return pipeline; one end of the return pipeline is disposed in the cooling water tank; input end of the cooling water injection pump is connected with the cooling water tank by a pipe.

The invention discloses a dynamic simulation method of circulating temperature variation in RMR subsea pump mud-lift drilling system, including steps: obtaining operating parameters, environmental parameters, well structure parameters and thermal parameters of target well; establishing temperature control equation of drill string in seawater section, temperature control equation of drill string in formation section, temperature control equation of annulus in formation section, and temperature control equation of return pipe in seawater section; re-determining initial and boundary conditions; discretizing spatial structure of the whole system with inner node method; discretizing control equations on corresponding nodes; substituting corresponding parameters into discrete expressions to obtain circulating temperature in drill string of seawater section, circulating temperature in drill string of formation section, circulating temperature in annulus of formation section, and circulating temperature in return pipe of seawater section. The dynamic analysis model established by the present invention is more suitable for actual operating conditions.

Dynamic simulation method of circulating temperature variation in RMR subsea pump mud-lift drilling system

By monitoring the online interactive application initiates a link at a household client-side, the data link is intercepted and the data packet is forwarded to the dual-communication device in the same LAN. WiFi is used as a primary path to perform data transmit-receive operations and a transmission quality monitoring mechanism is enabled. When an abnormal data transmit-receive through the WiFi is monitored via the transmission quality monitoring mechanism, a packet loss compensation strategy of a mobile data network is started; and the mobile data network is used as a secondary path for the data transmit-receive. When the data transmit-receive becomes normal, the data transmit-receive operations through the secondary path are stopped. Subsequently, the WiFi is continued to be used as the primary path to perform data transmit-receive operations, and the WiFi quality monitoring is continued to be performed.
