A crystallization column and a crystallization method. The crystallization column comprises an upper head (), a tower body () and a lower head (), wherein a crystallization section () is provided with a tray (); and the tray () comprises a tray plate () and a plurality of lower crystallization members (). The top end of the lower crystallization member () can form a movable connection with the tray plate (), so that the two adjacent lower crystallizing members () are capable of oscillating collisions. The tray () may also comprise a plurality of upper crystallization members () extending upwardly from the upper surface of the tray plate ().

Crystallization column and crystallization method

Disclosed is a modified activated sludge-based two-compartment treatment method for processing nitrate-contaminated drinking water. Raw water is firstly sent to a first TiO-modified denitrifying activated sludge bioreactor (), wherein organic carbon source is added in a controlled amount, and nitrate is partly reduced with nitrite being accumulated. Then, the effluent from the first bioreactor is sent to a second TiO-modified denitrifying activated sludge bioreactor (), wherein organic carbon source and hydrogen gas are supplemented, and remaining nitrate and accumulated nitrite are reduced to nitrogen gas. The denitrified effluent from the second bioreactor is sent to a settling tank (), and TiO-containing precipitates collected from the settling tank receive sequential alkaline and acidic treatment before being injected into the first bioreactor () for TiOrecycling. The effluent from the settling tank (), after having been subjected to ozone disinfection and activated carbon filtration, has suitable pH and bicarbonate alkalinity, and the concentrations of nitrate, nitrite and water soluble organics meet the safety standard for drinking water. Also disclosed is a modified activated sludge-based two-compartment treatment device for processing nitrate-contaminated drinking water.

The present disclosure provides a method for processing an acid gas, comprising: using a processorfor receiving and processing the acid gas to obtain a gas phase streamand a liquid phase stream, wherein the streamis partially or completely recycled to the processor; using a processorfor processing the streamfrom the processorto obtain a gas phase streamand a liquid phase stream; using a processorfor processing the streamfrom the processorto obtain a gas phase streamand a liquid phase stream; and using a processorfor receiving the streamfrom the processorand using the streamas a processing solution for processing the streamfrom the processorto obtain a gas phase streamand a liquid phase stream, which can be divided into two sub-streams including a streamand a stream. Method for processing acid gas and apparatus thereof

The present disclosure provides a reactor for at least two liquid materials, comprising an enclosed reactor housing; a feeding tube having liquid material inlets for receiving corresponding liquid materials respectively; a distribution tube communicating with the feeding tube and extending into the reactor housing, the distribution tube being provided with a plurality of distribution holes in the region thereof extending into the reactor housing; a rotating bed in form of a hollow cylinder, which is disposed in the reactor housing via a fixing mechanism, thus dividing inner cavity of the reactor housing into a central area and an outer area, the rotating bed being capable of rotating driven by a driving mechanism; and a material outlet provided in a lower portion of the reactor housing for outputting product after reaction. The distribution tube extends into the central area spaced from inner surface of the rotating bed, so that materials can enter into the outer area from the central area through the rotating bed and can be output via the material outlet.

Reactor and alkylation process using the reactor

The invention provides a roll profile for work rolls for both shape control and free ruled rolling. Each of the work rolls has a tapered end. The curve of respective tapered end is a quartic curve represented by a formula y(x)=a+ax+ax+ax+ax, x&#x3b5;[0,Le], y(x)&#x3b5;[0,He]. It is possible to partially eliminate the asymmetric deformation due to the difference between abrasion of the upper and lower rolls. Further, closed type abrasion of conventional roll is changed into open type abrasion and box shaped abrasion of conventional roll is eliminated, which eliminating 'cat ear' hole and fulfilling the requirements of free ruled rolling.
