An example method includes receiving, from an online marketplace server device, a preapproval request provided by a user for a loan preapproval to purchase a first property. The example method further includes obtaining credit information associated with the user from a credit server device. The example method further includes generating a preapproval data structure based on the preapproval request and the credit information. The example method further includes generating a preapproval token based on the generated preapproval data structure. Subsequently, the example method includes transmitting the generated preapproval token to the online marketplace server device.
