The invention discloses a rigid-flexible coupling mechanism with variable rod length for fibre bundle tension control. In the transmitting process, the fibre bundle passes through the front guide roller, the tension regulating roller and the back guide roller sequentially. The front and back guide rollers have fixed positions, while the tension regulating roller has an adjustable position to regulate the fibre bundle tension. The invention uses the variable rod length rigid-flexible coupling mechanism with a combination of a servo motor and an electric actuator in a dual drive control mode, which can choose to use either a four-rod fixed length mechanism or a five-rod variable length mechanism to regulate the tension under different working conditions. This provides a more flexible control method, increases the regulating range of fibre bundle tension, improves the system response speed and regulation accuracy, and effectively avoids the wear of fibre bundle caused by tension fluctuations.

A real-time adjustment device for width and thickness of impregnated fiber bundles includes a width and thickness adjustment mechanism and a width measuring laser mechanism. The width and thickness adjustment mechanism is arranged under a filar guide, and is moved vertically by a cylinder. The width and thickness adjustment mechanism has a hollow concave roller and a hollow convex roller arranged vertically. A position of the hollow convex roller is fixed. Vertical positions of the hollow concave roller are controllable. Fibers pass between the hollow concave roller and the hollow convex roller. The width measuring laser mechanism is arranged between the filar guide and a processing workpiece to measure the fiber width in real-time and send the measurement results back to the control system. The position of the hollow convex roller can be adjusted based on the error between the width and the preset value.

The present invention relates to a system and its control method for press-fit equipment for shaft-hole fit parts. The automatic press-fit control system mainly includes a control center, a loading and unloading control subsystem, a visual inspection subsystem, and a press-fit control subsystem, and each subsystem communicates with the control center through a communication interface. The control center automates the operation of each subsystem independently, such as the product loading and unloading process, the visual inspection process, and the press-fit process through the control center. The advantages of the invention are: it can realize automatic loading, inspection, and press-fit of the product, which greatly improves the level of production automation and production efficiency; the control system adopts modular design, and each subsystem can operate independently under the control of the control center; it adopts visual inspection and automatic compensation of angle deviation, with good fault tolerance.
