An optimal pulse power measurement method for multinuclear simultaneous integrated magnetic resonance imaging includes the following steps: successively or simultaneously exciting multiple nuclides within a slice in a same repetition time (TR) of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); applying, in a slice encoding gradient channel, a frequency encoding gradient in a direction opposite to a slice selection gradient, and acquiring free induction decay (FID) signals of all the nuclides; simultaneously changing shaped radiofrequency (RF) pulse power values of all the nuclides for multiple times, and acquiring multiple corresponding FID signals for each nuclide; and performing Fourier transform on the FID signals of each nuclide, selecting a spectral peak in an absolute spectrum, integrating the spectral peak for comparison, and taking a shaped RF pulse power value corresponding to a maximum signal intensity of each nuclide as an optimal shaped RF pulse power corresponding to a current TR.

Optimal pulse power measurement method and system for multinuclear simultaneous integrated magnetic resonance imaging

A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system and method integrating multi-nuclide synchronous imaging and spectral imaging is provided. The MRI system includes a spectral imaging module, a multi-nuclide synchronous imaging module, and a spectral reconstruction and image fusion module, where the spectral imaging module is configured to acquire a spectrum of a nuclide Nuc; the multi-nuclide synchronous imaging module is configured to perform synchronous imaging of nuclides Nuc1 . . . Nucn, where when n=1, Nucl isH; and when n>1, Nucn is a non-H nuclide; and the spectral reconstruction and image fusion module is configured to receive the spectrum of the nuclide Nuc and images of the nuclides Nuc1 . . . Nucn, and acquire spatial distribution information of compounds of the nuclide Nuc and spatial distribution information of the non-H nuclide through fusion. The system and method can synchronously acquire MR signals of different nuclides, and reconstruct and fuse non-H nuclide images.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system and method integrating multi-nuclide synchronous imaging and spectral imaging

The present invention provides aF-MR/fluorescence multi-mode molecular imaging and drug loading diagnosis-treatment integrated nanoprobe, and a preparation method and an application. The nano-probe is a nanoparticle formed by coating a mixture of a surfactant containing a molecular targeting treatment drug and a fluorescent dye with a Perfluorocarbon (PFC) carrier; and by uniformly dispersing a mixed solution into water and glycerol, processing ultrasonically, removing a component which is not effectively coated, and purifying, the drug-loading nanoparticle capable of being used for 19 F-MR imaging may be prepared. The nano-probe may implement in-vivo 19F-MR molecular imaging; a carried molecular targeting treatment drug can implement targeted binding and targeted treatment; and by virtue of a characteristic that PFC in a nucleus may carry and release oxygen massively, an anaerobious microenvironment in the tumor is improved, a chemosensitization effect is achieved, and thus the diagnosis-treatment integration of the tumor is implemented finally.

Diagnosis-treatment integrated nano-probe forF-MR/fluorescence multi-mode molecular imaging and drug-loading and preparation method and application of nano-probe

Disclosed is a molecular imaging method for evaluating liver regeneration ability after ALPPS. The method includes steps of: 1) preparing a VX2 rabbit liver cancer model; 2) performing ALPPS for the VX2 rabbit liver cancer model; 3) synthesizing 18F-Fluoromethylcholine (18F-Methylcholine, 18F-FCH); 4) PET/CT imaging and data processing forF-FCH. The disclosure is the first to propose the use of 18F-FCH PET/CT to monitor the proliferative capacity of residual liver, and further indirectly reflect the increased ability of cell membrane synthesis on the basis that 18F-FCH has higher choline metabolism in residual liver tissue, so that the liver regeneration ability after ALPPS is evaluated by the molecular imaging method, thereby providing important new ideas for the clinical selection of ALPPS to choose the best time for second-stage surgery.
