A light source module includes a light source array, a lens array arranged corresponding to the light source array, a condensing lens covering partial regions of the light source array and the lens array, and a reflecting mirror array positioned between the condensing lens and the lens array. The reflecting mirror array includes multiple reflecting mirrors, or multiple reflecting mirrors and polarizing filters. A light path of light beam emitted by each light source of the light source array not covered by the condensing lens is provided with at least two reflecting mirrors, or at least one reflecting mirror and one polarizing filter. The last reflecting mirror or the polarizing filter in each light path is positioned in the area covered by the condensing lens, and accordingly a light beam which can not be directly incident to the condensing lens is transmitted to the condensing lens.

Light source module and projection device

A phosphor layer comprising a phosphor plate adhesively formed by a phosphor powder and an adhesive agent. The phosphor plate has a front side and a back side. The phosphor layer also has particles which are fixedly connected to the front and/or back side of the phosphor plate. Also provided in the present invention are a phosphor component, a corresponding light source, a projection system, and a method for manufacturing the phosphor layer. The phosphor component prevents adhesion between the phosphor plate and substrates thereof in high temperature conditions. A manufacturing method for the phosphor layer includes forming a phosphor plate by adhesively fixing a phosphor powder by an adhesive agent, the phosphor plate having a front side and a back side, and fixedly connecting at least one particle to the front and/or back side of the phosphor plate.

Phosphor layer, component, corresponding light source, projection system and corresponding manufacturing method

A projector, comprising a housing () and a machine body provided inside the housing (). A supporting piece () is connected to the housing () via a connection mechanism, and the supporting piece () can be converted between a first position and a second position under the limiting action of the connection mechanism. The supporting piece () is attached to a surface of the housing () at the first position, and a projection element is triggered at the same time to enable the machine body to be in a first working state. The supporting piece () departs from the surface of the housing () at the second position and drives the housing () to change a projection elevation thereof with respect to a horizontal plane, and the projection element is triggered at the same time to enable the machine body to be in a second working state, thereby controlling the working states of the machine body on the premise of free adjustment of a projection angle.

Projector

Disclosed is a projector (), comprising a projector body () with a lens (), and a light reflection assembly () for adjusting a projecting direction of the lens (). The light reflection assembly () comprises a reflective mirror (), and the light reflection assembly () is provided to be rotatably connected with the projector body (). During the rotation, a mirror face of the reflective mirror () always faces towards the lens (), so that the reflective mirror () adjusts the angle of the projecting direction between the mirror face and the lens () with the rotation of the light reflection assembly (), so as to adjust the projecting location of the lens () by means of the rotation of the reflective mirror (), such that the projecting direction can be changed without moving the projector ().

Projector with a mirror mounted on the body for changing projection direction

An optical-wavelength converting wheel component comprises a motor () and an optical-wavelength converting wheel (). The optical-wavelength converting wheel () comprises an optical-wavelength converting material layer () and at least one functional layer adjacent to the optical-wavelength converting material layer (), particularly the optical-wavelength converting wheel () further comprises at least one spacing layer (), which is a thin gap spaced between the location of the optical-wavelength converting material on the optical wavelength converting material layer () and the functional layer, arranged between the optical-wavelength converting material layer () and the functional layer. Brightening can be realized in low cost by means of adopting a light source comprising the optical-wavelength converting wheel component.

Optical-wavelength converting wheel component

The present disclosure provides a wavelength conversion device, and its light source system and projection system. The wavelength conversion device includes a wavelength conversion material layer, and a first light-filtering layer on a first side of the wavelength conversion material layer. The wavelength conversion device also includes a first thermally-conductive dielectric layer configured between the wavelength conversion material layer and the first light-filtering layer. The first thermally-conductive dielectric layer has a thermal conductivity greater than or equal to the wavelength conversion material layer, and has a refractivity less than the wavelength conversion material layer. Accordingly, the heat generated by the wavelength conversion material layer may be timely conducted out, thus improving the conversion efficiency of the wavelength conversion device.

Wavelength conversion device, light source system and projection system

A light emitting device assembly comprises a wavelength conversion device, a drive device and an adapter. The wavelength conversion device comprises a wavelength conversion layer having at least one wavelength conversion region for receiving an exciting light and converting it into an excited light. The drive device comprises a drive surface used to drive the wavelength conversion device to move, so that a light spot of the exciting light acts on the wavelength conversion device along a preset path. The adapter coaxially connects the drive device and the wavelength conversion device and enables a light ray to arrive at the wavelength conversion device on a side facing the drive device and inside an axial-direction projection of the drive surface on the surface of the wavelength conversion device. The drive surface and the wavelength conversion layer at least partially overlap along the projection surface of the axial projection.
