The present application provides a displaying base plate and a displaying device, which relates to the technical field of displaying. The displaying device can ameliorate the problem of screen greening caused by electrostatic charges, thereby improving the effect of displaying. The displaying base plate includes an active area and a non-active area connected to the active area, the non-active area includes an edge region and a first-dam region, and the first-dam region is located between the active area and the edge region; the displaying base plate further includes: a substrate; an anti-static layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the anti-static layer is located at least within the edge region; and a driving unit and a touch unit that are disposed on the substrate, wherein the driving unit is located within the active area.

The input of the encoding algorithm is a binary message vector u&#x2208;{0,1}with a length of k, the output is a q-ary vector z&#x2208;Zwith a length of m, where Z={&#x2212;q/2, . . . , q/2&#x2212;1}; the input of the decoding algorithm is a q-ary vector w=z+e&#x2208;Zcontaining errors with a length of m, and the output is a binary vector u&#x2208;{0,1}corresponding to z; the error reconciliation method for the LWE public key cryptography provided by the present invention combines a binary linear code with a Gray code to realize the error reconciliation scheme in LWE public key cryptography. The error reconciliation method can be used to solve the problem of error reconciliation in LWE public key cryptography. The scheme of the invention has good fault tolerance and can significantly improve the transmission rate of encrypted information.

A method, a system, and a network element for service processing after data of a network element is invalid or a network element fails are provided. The registration method includes: initiating, by the access session controller, an authentication information request to the network-wide home subscriber server system. The session establishment method includes: directly process, by the access session controller, the request message initiated from a user to establish a session. The foregoing solutions can simplify the signaling processing flow and reduce the network complexity.

Provided are a method and a device of a host with IPv4 application for performing communication. The method of the host with IPv4 application for performing data communication includes the following steps: the IPv4 application generates an IPv4 packet sent to a communication end; when confirming the type of the network the host is located in is an IPv6 network, the host transforms the IPv4 packet head of the IPv4 packet to an IPv6 packet header, and sends it to the communication end via the IPv6 network. With this invention, it can be accomplished that according to the type of the network the host is located in, the host with IPv4 application communicates with a communication end; the processing load of the system is lightened; the probability that invalidation occurs at a single node is reduced; the smooth migration and transition from original IPv4 application to IPv6 system are facilitated.

The present invention discloses a data storage system in a communication network, which enables distributed storage of data. The system includes front end nodes, storage nodes, super nodes and management nodes. The operation units are located in the front end nodes, the super nodes or the storage nodes and each adapted to operate a first data GUID by a preset fixed offset to derive a second data GUID, to determine, from loop link information obtained from the management node and the second data GUID, a super node with a node identifier closest to the second data GUID, and to forward a service request carrying the second data GUID and a backup flag to the determined super node. The invention further discloses a data information processing method using the system.

A service processing method in a communication network at the resource server side includes: receiving a resource query request; and searching for an available resource network element and responding with it being a response result. A service processing method in a communication network at the resource network element side includes: receiving a request for a service; determining whether the service can be processed immediately, and if not, transmitting a resource query request to a resource server; and transmitting the service request to an available resource network element in a response result. A resource server and a resource network element are further disclosed. With a resource server, the invention can monitor dynamically availability information of a resource network element and allocate appropriately an idle resource network element to thereby improve both a utilization ratio of network resource and a service processing capability of network element.
