A driver chip is disclosed. The driver chip includes: a logic control module, at least one output pin and a first functional pin. The at least one output pin is electrically connected to the logic control module, and the first functional pin is electrically connected to the logic control module. The first functional pin is capable of receiving a test signal, and the logic control module is configured to generate, according to the test signal, a test current flowing through each output pin.

A time signal processor based on multiplying phase interpolation circuit is provided. The time signal processor includes a time signal processing circuit, a calibration circuit and a digital logic circuit, and realizes a time input signal-digital output signal conversion process. The time signal processing circuit quantizes an input time signal to obtain a series of digital code output; feedback compensation is carried out on the time signal processing circuit through the calibration circuit; and finally, the digital logic circuit completes final digital output.

A suppression method of high-frequency resonance for VSC-HVDC (Voltage Source Converter-High Voltage Direct Current Transmission) system based on nonlinear filter in voltage feed-forward control. It includes that the nonlinear filter is used for the voltage feed-forward link in the current inner loop control. The specific method is to extract each sequence component of the AC (Alternating Current) voltage, calculate the average value of the sequence component at N sample points, compare the current average value with the output result of nonlinear filter in the previous period, and output the result of nonlinear filter in the current period. After corrected, the result is a fixed value varying according to gradient which acts on the voltage feed-forward link of the inner loop. The invention can effectively suppress the high frequency resonance caused by impedance matching between VSC-HVDC system and grid system without losing the rapidity, and at the same time, it can adjust with AC voltage when voltage disturbance such as AC fault occurs, so as to reduce the risk of over-current of the converter valve. At present, the invention only needs to be realized in the secondary control software link without adding a new equipment, which is also low cost, no occupancy of land and convenient for engineering practice.

Suppression method of high-frequency resonance for VSC-HVDC system based on nonlinear filter in voltage feed-forward control

This invention relates to a regenerated cellulose film, a functional film and preparation method thereof. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) shaping a cellulose/ionic liquid solution by die extrusion, calendering and casting; (2) the shaped solution entering into a coagulation bath to form a cellulose gel film; (3) in coagulation and washing processes, stretching the cellulose gel film at least 1 time in the transverse direction and at least 1 time in the longitudinal direction; (4) in drying process, further applying tension to the stretched film in the transverse and longitudinal directions, and finally obtaining a regenerated cellulose film by rolling. An organic and/or an inorganic functional additive can be added into the cellulose/ionic liquid solution to obtain a regenerated cellulose functional film. The regenerated cellulose film and the functional film thereof obtained by the above method have well-balanced and relative high longitudinal and transverse tensile strengths, as well as good flatness.
