Artificial intelligence optimized unstructured data analytics systems and methods

Schemaless systems and methods for automatically building and utilizing a chatbot knowledge base or the like. Textual analytics tools, such as natural language processing (NLP) and/or deep learning engines, are used to analyze the knowledge base and uncover and highlight gaps, which are turned into topics. Predetermined answers to these queries can then be prepared manually, or by an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm with alternative database visibility. In this manner, new question-and-answer (Q&A) pairs are generated by the systems and methods in an automated manner, for later use by a chatbot, coaching system, or the like. These processes are iterative. Advantageously, transferring the processes from manual control to automated control greatly conserves resources.

An unstructured data analytics system, including: an unstructured data analytics algorithm resident on a server and accessible via a browser operable for receiving unstructured data from one or more remote sources, applying one or more analytical tools to the unstructured data, and displaying summary information to one or more users; wherein the summary information is displayed to the one or more users in a presentation layer, an exploration layer, and an annotation layer. The unstructured data analytics algorithm is also operable for receiving outside data from one or more remote sources. The presentation layer displays one or more of the unstructured data a summary of the unstructured data, and the summary information. The exploration layers allows the one or more users to modify the granularity of the summary information, thereby modifying the granularity of the presentation layer. The one or more users can interact with the unstructured data analytics system simultaneously via the annotation layer.

Computerized methods and systems for the analysis of textual data, including: receiving, from one or more memories at one or more processors, textual data; using the processors, formatting the textual data for analysis and applying a probabilistic topic model to the textual data to extract semantically meaningful topics that collectively describe it; using a keyword weighting module, generating a topic cloud view representing the topics as a tagcloud with each being associated with a plurality of keywords; using a topic ordering module, generating a document distribution view representing a distribution of the textual data across multiple topics; using a document entropy calculation module, generating a document scatterplot view representing how many topics are attributable to the textual data; using a temporal topic trend calculation module, generating a temporal view representing changes in the occurrence of topics over time; and displaying one or more of the views to a user.

Methods and systems for the analysis of large text corpora

Techniques are described for generating a user interface for visualizing a cloud service based on status and performance data of the cloud service obtained from data stores. A configuration file including declarative code may declare particular queries to status/performance data sources. The configuration file may also declare particular queries to topology data sources to obtain topology information. In accordance with the obtained information, objects representing the cloud service may be displayed. The objects correspond to particular hardware and software components, or logical grouping thereof, that are identified by the topology information.
