A method for modifying a gliadin and an application thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: dissolving the gliadin in a solvent to obtain gliadin solution; and adding a proline endoprotease to the gliadin solution for a reaction, and adjusting the pH value of solution to neutral according to a gradient, to obtain a modified gliadin. The modified gliadin obtained by the present invention may be uniformly dispersed in water, and may still maintain a uniform dispersion state in the water after high-temperature thermal sterilization and long-term storage, or even in the presence of sodium chloride, it has good thermal stability, salt resistance, and storage stability.

Methods and systems are described for monitoring, at a source device, the rendering at a destination device of content received by the destination device from the source device. In one use case, a source device monitors the fidelity of screen-sharing by a remote device. At the destination device, a metric is generated characterizing the content rendered at the destination device. Using this metric, the similarity between the content rendered at the destination device and source content transmitted by the source device is estimated. An indication of the estimated similarity is then displayed on a display associated with the source device.

Method for measuring degree of stability of generator and power transmission line, and electrical grid control system

Methods and apparatus are described for automatically discriminating authentic wireless Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices using a trained machine-learning module. In a training phase, the machine-learning module is trained to identify authentic IoT devices based on data in frame headers of wireless data emitted by the IoT devices. The trained machine-learning module may identify authentic IoT devices without analysing data from the payload of the frames to which the frames headers belong, and thus the privacy of data in the payload of the frame is not compromised and encryption of the payload data does not adversely affect performance of the trained machine-learning module in a subsequent production phase. Each training data sample may consist of header data from a sequence of successive frames of wireless data from authentic wireless IoT devices and, to enhance accuracy, may exclude address data.

Methods and apparatus to discriminate authentic wireless Internet-of-Things devices

An oxygen bleaching method of pulp includes the steps of: adding a solution formulated by a magnesium salt and an activator to an unbleached chemical pulp, stirring to be mixed well, and bleaching by introducing oxygen. The activators are nano zero-valent metals that are conventional, low-cost, and recyclable. These activators can activate low-concentration oxygen at low-temperature in neutral aqueous solution to efficiently generate peroxide anion radicals, so as to promote the generation of hydroperoxide anions and peroxide ions, achieving high efficient delignification. The whole process does not generate waste water, the oxygen consumption is only 50-85% of the original process, the yield is increased by 1.5-2.8% compared with the original system, the pulp brightness is increased to 28-32° SR, and the magnesium salt can be recycled and reused.

A method for assisting the acquisition of a media content at a scene provided with at least one main acquisition unit connected to a server is disclosed. The method includes performing by a processing unit of the server: receiving, from an electronic device including a secondary acquisition unit, a request for acquiring a media content at the scene, the request including data representative of acquisition conditions at the secondary acquisition unit; and providing in response a first media content generated as a function of data representative of acquisition conditions at the secondary acquisition unit from generic media content outputted by the at least one main acquisition unit.

Method for assisting the acquisition of media content at a scene

A method and a network system capable of enhanced transmission of data signals in a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication system using a double-layer coordinated beamforming are disclosed. A first layer precoding matrix is obtained from long-term channel state information between user equipment and network equipment, and a second layer precoding matrix obtained from the first layer precoding matrix and from real-time channel state information between the user equipment and the network equipment. The real-time channel state information for the second layer precoding matrix determination includes a predetermined signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), and/or a predetermined power value associated with a single antenna of the user equipment, which are used as optimization parameters. The first and second layer precoding matrices are combined for the double-layer coordinated beamforming. The present disclosure allows to enhance the coordinated beamforming of the prior art by adding some constraints during the optimization of the second layer precoding.
