One example provides a computing system configured to provide scalable, real-time duplex communications across a data network, the computing system comprising one or more processors, and storage comprising instructions executable by the one or more processors to instantiate one or more real-time duplex communication service instances. Each real-time duplex communication service instance comprises a real-time duplex communication framework comprising a client hub configured to receive connections for a plurality of clients and a server hub configured to receive connections for a plurality of servers, and each real-time duplex communication service instance is configured to publish messages regarding a state of the real-time duplex communication framework to a channel accessed by other real-time duplex communication service instances.

Scalable real-time duplex communications service

Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for developing application definition packages, and deploying the application definition packages at cloud services to produce real-time data analytics applications. In one implementation, a selection is received of an application definition package that defines a real-time data analytics application. The application definition package indicates an application name and includes at least one payload definition, reference data definition, and query definition. A domain name is provided for the real-time data analytics application, and a cloud service is generated that is associated with the domain name. The application definition package is applied to an application template to generate a finalized real-time data analytics package. The finalized real-time data analytics package is instantiated in the cloud service to create a network-accessible instance of the real-time data analytics application.

Metadata driven real-time analytics framework

A semiconductor device is provided. The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate, and a memory cell disposed on the semiconductor substrate. The memory cell includes a selection transistor and a memory transistor. The selection transistor includes a selection gate, a first source, and a first drain. The memory transistor includes a floating gate, a control gate, a second source, a second drain, and a first insulating layer disposed between the floating gate and the control gate. The semiconductor device further includes a selection gate sidewall spacer disposed near an edge of a bit line of the selection gate of the selection transistor. The selection gate sidewall spacer is separated from the selection gate by a second insulating layer. The selection gate sidewall spacer and the control gate are formed of a first material.
