A permanent magnet synchronous motor parameter measurement method is provided. The method comprises: performing a maximum torque per ampere and a vector control on a permanent magnet synchronous motor, causing the permanent magnet synchronous motor to run stably and normally; when the permanent magnet synchronous motor is stably and normally running, an α-axis current and a β-axis current are obtained by means of three phase current sampling of the permanent magnet synchronous motor undergoing three phase to two phase transformation, and a rotor position angle and an electrical rotational speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are measured and obtained by means of reading a sensor on the permanent magnet synchronous motor; the six physical quantities mentioned-above are taken and a recursive least squares method is used to simultaneously obtain four parametric results for stator resistance, d-axis inductance, q-axis inductance, and flux linkage.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor parameter measurement method

A method of detecting and positioning an insulation failure of an aircraft generator is provided, comprising: S, for each stator slot in the aircraft generator, wrapping one semiconductor layer on a surface of an external insulation layer of each copper conductor in the stator slot; S, for each semiconductor layer, partitioning the semiconductor layer to obtain a plurality of zones, disposing a resistor-inductance branch network in each zone, and connecting the resistor-inductance branch networks to form an insulation failure detection circuit; S, supplying power to a three-phase winding of the aircraft generator from an external power source; S, determining whether an unearthed voltage is present in four end corners of the insulation failure detection circuit; if not, returning to Sfor further powering; if yes, outputting a detection result and collecting an insulation failure position with potential change and difference in the insulation failure detection circuit as a positioning result.

Method of detecting and positioning insulation failure of aircraft generator

Disclosed are a high-speed motor system with air bearing support and a control method thereof. The system includes: a rotating shaft, air bearings, a motor stator, a motor rotor, and radial displacement sensors. The radial displacement sensors are arranged in two groups, located outside the rotating shaft at both sides of the motor rotor; the radial displacement sensors are used to detect displacement of the rotating shaft in x-axis and y-axis directions. The motor stator is provided with stator slots having armature windings inside. The armature windings are electrically connected to a controller. The armature windings are averagely divided into p winding units according to the number of pole pairs p thereof. The controller includes p controller units that control the winding units respectively. The controller unit inputs a damping current component to the corresponding winding unit, for generating an electromagnetic damping force.

High-speed motor system with air bearing supporting and control method thereof

A method for manufacturing a permanent-magnet motor rotor includes manufacturing a rotary shaft, a permanent magnet, a front end cover, a rear end cover, and a magnetic yoke unit, where the magnetic yoke unit contains multiple pole shoe parts and one iron core part, where each pole shoe part and the iron core part are connected therebetween via a connecting strip; manufacturing a rotor spacer; all positioning holes of the magnetic yoke unit correspond to the permanent-magnet through hole of the rotor spacer to form a permanent-magnet passage; inserting the permanent magnet into the permanent-magnet passage; inserting tightening bolts; cutting off the mid-section of each connecting strip, overlapping the pole shoe parts to form a rotor pole shoe, overlapping the iron core parts to form a rotor iron core; and arranging respectively the front end cover and the rear end cover on a front end and a rear end.
