One example method includes generating and sending a channel state information (CSI) report by a terminal device. A network device determines a precoding vector of one or more frequency domain units based on the CSI report. The CSI report is used to indicate M space-frequency units and a weighting coefficient of a part or all of the M space-frequency units, each of the M space-frequency units corresponds to one beam vector and one frequency domain vector, and a weighted sum of the part or all of the M space-frequency units is used to determine the precoding vector of the one or more frequency domain units.

This application provides a channel state information (CSI) measurement method and an apparatus. The method includes: A network device receives, from a terminal, a first reference signal (RS) used to measure uplink CSI and a second RS used to measure the uplink CSI. The first RS includes one or more RS ports, and the one or more RS ports correspond to one or more antenna ports of the terminal. Correspondingly, the second RS includes one or more RS ports, and the one or more RS ports also correspond to one or more antenna ports of the terminal. This application provides a UCI sending and receiving method and a communications apparatus. In the method, an association relationship between a PUCCH and a PUSCH is established, so that when resources of the PUSCH and the PUCCH overlap, a terminal device can determine UCI on which PUCCHs can be transmitted by multiplexing the resource of the PUSCH. A network device may receive the UCI on the PUSCH. Because the network device may know in advance which PUCCHs and PUSCHs are sent to the network device, the network device can demodulate and decode a signal on the received PUSCHs, to successfully obtain UCI. The network device can make a proper decision based on the UCI.

Uplink control information sending and receiving method and communications apparatus

A bandwidth resource switching method and apparatus are provided. When a network device sends bandwidth resource indication information to a terminal by using downlink control information, the network device may impose some constraints on uplink transmission mode-related configuration information or SRS-related configuration information on an indicated bandwidth resource, and other indication information carried in the downlink control information, so that no ambiguity occurs when the terminal parses the bandwidth resource indication information. Alternatively, when a side of a terminal receives bandwidth resource indication information sent by a network device by using downlink control information, the terminal parses, in an unambiguous interpretation manner, configuration information on a bandwidth resource indicated by the bandwidth resource indication information in the downlink control information. According to the application, a BWP is smoothly switched to perform uplink transmission, uplink transmission efficiency can be improved, and system robustness can be improved.
