The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing an array substrate, an array substrate and a display device. The method includes: forming a gate line, a gate electrode and an insulating layer which covers the gate line and the gate electrode on a first surface of a substrate; forming a semiconductive film on the insulating layer; patterning the semiconductive film using the gate electrode and the gate line as a mask, so as to form an source semiconductive layer at a region where the gate line and the gate electrode are located; and manufacturing a target semiconductive layer using the source semiconductive layer.

The present invention provides a color filter, a display panel and a display device. The color filter comprises a substrate, on which a plurality of pixel regions are formed, in each of the plurality of pixel regions, a color film and a black matrix is provided, and a reflecting layer for reflecting ambient light entering into the color film is provided on a surface of the black matrix. Compared to the prior art, the present invention can improve the utilization rate of ambient light and improve the display effect.

An embodiment of the invention discloses a kind of electrophoretic ink comprising an electrophoretic display solution which is an electrorheological fluid comprising a base solution, solid particles and an additive, wherein the solid particles account for 5%-50% of the electrorheological fluid by mass-volume percentage. There are disclosed a composition for black matrixes, a method for preparing the same, a display panel and a display device. The method for preparing said composition for black matrixes includes pigment dispersion forming process comprising the following steps: stirring the mixture of a carbon black, a dispersion agent, a solvent and a resin having a developing property until well mixed, and then performing a first shaking; adding the solvent continuously, or further adding the resin having a developing property, and performing a second shaking; adding the solvent continuously, and performing a third shaking to obtain the pigment dispersion; wherein, during at least one of the three shakings, a resin for improving the viscosity and the granularity stability was added therein. The obtained black matrixes has a higher electrical conductivity, thus the defects at the time of booting in the current display device can be further reduced or even avoided.

An embodiment of the disclosed technology provides a display device comprising an electrophoresis solution tank containing electrophoresis solution and at least a rolling ball used for display colors, the rolling ball being immerged into the electrophoresis solution; and a shelter layer disposed above and covering the electrophoresis solution tank, the shelter layer being made up of an opaque material. A light transmitting hole is formed in the shelter layer and above the core of the rolling ball, so that the light of the color to be currently displayed on the rolling ball passes through the light transmitting hole for display, while the light of the colors not intended to be displayed is blocked by the shelter layer.

An embodiment of the present invention provides an electrowetting display panel which can achieve full-color display, comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a plurality of baffle walls disposed on the second substrate and defining a plurality of sub-pixels; an opaque insulating layer disposed on the second substrate, the opaque insulating layer comprising a dielectric layer and opaque liquid elements disposed on the dielectric layer, the opaque insulating layer being capable of displaying black or white under an action of an electric field; a plurality of colored liquid elements corresponding to the individual sub-pixels respectively and disposed between the opaque insulating layer and the first substrate, the colored liquid elements being an electric-conductive or polar light-transmissive color solution.
