Disclosed are a tungsten hexafluoride preparation method and apparatus based on photoelectric synergy. A photocatalyst and metal tungsten are sequentially filled in a discharge area of a plasma reactor in a direction of gas entry, and the discharge area of the plasma reactor is irradiated with light at the same time; the background gas generates a large amount of plasma in the discharge area, SFundergoes decomposition under the synergistic effect of photocatalysis and plasma, SFis decomposed to generate fluorine atoms and low-fluorine sulfides such as SFand SF. The generated fluorine ions, SF, SFand low-fluorine sulfides further react with metal tungsten to generate WFspecialty gas, which not only realizes the utilization of fluorine resources of SF, but also replaces highly toxic fluorine gas with non-toxic SFexhaust gas in the plasma reactor for reaction, thereby ensuring safe operation and low energy consumption.

Disclosed is a screening method for selecting an adsorbent for use in environment-friendly gas-insulated equipment which contains an environment-friendly gas functioning as an insulating medium inside the equipment, the adsorbent to adsorb unwanted decomposed gas that is produced from decomposition of the environmental-friendly gas, the method steps include: establishing screening sets, performing pre-experiment adsorption experiment screening, standard gas adsorption experiment screening, and mixed gas adsorption experiment screening, establishing mapping relationship between a decomposed gas type set and a third adsorbent type set under different working conditions, and selecting an adsorbent combination mode suitable for a working condition type and a mixed gas composition mode based on the mapping relationship. Through adsorption experiment screening of a single standard gas and a mixed gas under different working conditions, an adsorbent combination mode suitable for adsorbing mixed decomposed gas under different working conditions is obtained.

A method and a device for preparing MoFbased on plasma activation of SF. The method includes the following steps: S1, filling a discharge area of a plasma reactor with molybdenum powder; S2, introducing an inert gas and an SFgas into the discharge area of the plasma reactor, where the inert gas is ionized into plasma, and the SFgas is ionized into fluorine atoms and low-fluorine sulfides after being activated by the plasma; and S3, generating an MoFgas and sulfur elements through reaction of the fluorine atoms and the low-fluorine sulfides with the molybdenum powder.

Device of complex gas mixture detection based on optical-path-adjustable spectrum detection and method therefor

An apparatus and test method for simulating spark discharge of a high-voltage electrostatic precipitator are provided. The simulation apparatus includes a pulse power supply configured to provide a test voltage, an anode cylinder configured to simulate an anode of a precipitator, a cathode rod configured to simulate a cathode of the precipitator, a pulse capacitor unit configured to simulate an electrode capacitor of the precipitator, an insulating support configured to hang the cathode rod, a voltage divider configured to measure an electrode voltage, and a grounded current sampling unit configured to measure grounded current. The simulation apparatus simulates a discharge process of the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator to measure discharge characteristic parameters such as discharge current and discharge energy of the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator. In this way, characteristics of spark discharge of the precipitator under different load conditions are simulated.
