The array substrate includes: a base substrate, a thin film transistor disposed on the base substrate; a first passivation layer, an organic film layer and a pixel electrode disposed on the thin film transistor; a connection structure for connecting the source electrode of the thin film transistor and the pixel electrode, wherein the connection structure is disposed in a via hole structure exposing the pixel electrode and the source electrode; or, the connection structure is disposed between the pixel electrode and the source electrode.

A phase shift mask includes a transparent substrate and light-shielding portions. The light-shielding portions can further include a second compensating light-shielding portion, having a second distance to another side of the first light-shielding portion and a second width smaller than the resolution of the exposing machine. Conductivity of the light absorbing layer is less than conductivity of molybdenum.
