This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a user equipment (UE) and a base station (BS) to determine channel state information (CSI) processing unit (CPU) occupancy of the UE. The UE and the BS may determine that at least one CPU from a CPU pool is occupied by an uplink CSI request from a CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) to at least a CSI request occasion. The UE and the BS may determine a number of occupied CPUs, for example, based on an accumulated or aggregated number of occupied CPUs for multiple CSI operations. The UE may perform a number of CSI operations based on the determined number of occupied CPUs. The BS may configure the UE to perform the number of CSI operations, for example, by transmitting one or more of a configuration, activation, or scheduling message.

Channel state information (CSI) processing unit (CPU) occupancy for user equipment (UE) initiated CSI requests

Configured grant (CG) channel occupancy time (COT) sharing procedure is disclosed. A user equipment (UE) sharing a COT may indicate in the uplink control indicator (UCI) the remaining COT duration, an offset indication identifying where the uplink transmission is expected to end, and a channel access priority class (CAPC) which may be used by the base station to determine which type of data may be included in downlink transmissions in the shared COT. Where the energy detection (ED) threshold has not been configured for COT sharing, the UE may reduce the information included in the UCI. The base station may alternatively configured which information for the UE to include in the UCI for potential COT sharing. The COT sharing information may further be compressed by coding such information into tables or leveraging knowledge of transmission characteristics, such as configured end points.

Configured grant channel occupancy time sharing procedure

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described herein for power boosting uplink share channel repetitions. A user equipment (UE) may receive from abase station a control message that schedules a set of transmission occasions for one or more uplink messages for the UE. The UE may determine from the control message the set of transmission occasions to apply power boosting. The UE may determine the transmit power for each transmission occasion based at least in part on the power boost configuration. The UE may transmit one or more uplink messages via the set of transmission occasions with the determined transmit power.

Power boosting for uplink shared channel repetitions

Methods, systems, and devices for sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) association for configured grant (CG) based transmission and reception point (TRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first and second sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set associated with a first and second set of power control parameter, respectively. The UE may receive second control signaling indicating a CG configuration, the first and second power control parameters for transmissions in the CG configuration. In some examples, the UE may determine a configuration status for one or more fields the first control signaling, the second control signaling, or both. The UE may select an SRS resource set based on the configuration status and may transmit one or more CG uplink transmissions with the CG configuration using the selected SRS resource set.

Sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) association for configured-grant (CG)-based transmission and reception point (TRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for receiver-assisted channel access in shared radio frequency spectrum. A receiver, such as a user equipment (UE) may transmit a measurement report to a transmitter, such as an access network entity, that indicates channel occupancy as measured at the receiver. In some cases, the receiver may identify resources for signal measurement and reporting that are configured by the transmitter, and provide an interference measurement report based on the signal measurements. The interference measurement report may indicate whether a channel is occupied, or an occupancy level of the channel. Resources may be configured for multiple beams, with the interference measurement report including interference measurements for the multiple beams. Further, the signal resources may provide resources for a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, through signal resource sets that span multiple slots.

Techniques for interference measurement reporting for receiver-assisted channel access

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for indication of one or more symbol structures for one or multiple subsets of a set of symbols. The one or more symbol structures may include one or more guard interval (GI)-based symbol formats that are to be applied to one or more of the subsets of symbols. Different symbol formats may be indicated for different subsets of symbols, and a first subset of symbols may use a GI-based symbol format and a second subset of symbols may use a CP-based or GI-based symbol format. A base station may transmit control signaling to a user equipment to indicate one or more symbol structures for the one or more subsets of symbols, and the UE and the base station may communicate data in one or more slots in accordance with the indicated symbol structures based on the control signaling.

Techniques for signaling symbol format for guard interval based waveforms

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor a set of downlink control channel candidates that are associated with each other, the set of downlink control channel candidates including a first downlink control channel candidate in a first transmission time interval (TTI) and a last downlink control channel candidate in a second TTI subsequent to the first TTI. The UE may receive, based on the monitoring, at least one repetition of downlink control information (DCI) within one of the first downlink control channel candidate or the last downlink control channel candidate, the DCI scheduling a transmission between a base station and the UE. The UE may apply a scheduling offset associated with the transmission based on a timing of the last downlink control channel candidate, and may subsequently communicate with the base station via the transmission based on the scheduling offset.

Techniques for timing relationships for physical downlink control channel repetition

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive at least one downlink control information message that schedules multiple sets of repetitions of a physical uplink shared channel transmission with different sets of transmission parameters. The scheduled repetitions of the multiple sets of repetitions may be transmitted consecutively. The UE may transmit one or more of the scheduled repetitions of the multiple sets of repetitions using one or more time gaps between the scheduled repetitions of the multiple sets of repetitions. Time gaps between physical uplink shared channel repetitions

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a channel state information (CSI) report configuration that includes configuration information associated with multiple CSI reports. The UE may generate a CSI report message in which the multiple CSI reports are separately encoded and ordered based at least in part on one or more rules. In some aspects, the CSI report message may be generated for transmission on one or more of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). In one example, a method for wireless communications performed at a user equipment (UE) can include receiving one or more sidelink communications including a plurality of data packets. In some aspects, the method can include determining a respective priority level associated with each data packet of the plurality of data packets. In some examples, the method can include transmitting at least one Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) message using a PSFCH format, the PSFCH format including a plurality of Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) responses corresponding to at least a portion of the plurality of data packets, wherein the portion of the plurality of data packets are arranged based on the respective priority level associated with each data packet of the plurality of data packets.

This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support local light biasing for silicon photomultiplier (SiPM)-based photodetectors used in optical wireless communication (OWC). In a first aspect, a photodetector may include a silicon photomultipier (SiPM) having an input sensor configured to detect a light signal and an output interface configured to produce an output signal proportional to an intensity of the light signal detected at the input sensor, and a controllable light source positioned to emit a biasing light signal within a field of view of the input sensor, wherein the controllable light source is configured to emit the biasing light signal within a sensitivity range of the SiPM. When such photodetector is implemented in an OWC receiver, an analysis of the output signal allows the OWC receiver to adjust the biasing light at the controllable light source. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

A method for wireless communications by an apparatus includes receiving a signal comprising multiple carrier frequencies modulated with on-off keying; decoding the signal based at least in part on a delta frequency being associated with a first carrier frequency and a second carrier frequency among the multiple carrier frequencies; and recovering data from the decoded signal.

For example, a UE can receive, via system information or radio resource control (RRC) signaling, a FFP defining an idle period.
