A circuit board structure and a display device, the circuit board structure includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a filling portion and an electromagnetic shield layer. The second circuit board has a thickness greater than that of the first circuit board. At least one corner portion forms at a joint of the first circuit board and the second circuit board. A connection line forms at a joint of the second circuit board and the first circuit board. The connection line is located at the corner portion. The filling portion fills the corner portion, an extending direction of the filling portion is identical to an extending direction of the corner portion. The extending direction is identical to a direction of the connection line. A thickness of a cross section of the filling portion perpendicular to the extending direction increases as a distance from the second circuit board decreases.

The heat dissipation film comprises a composite structure layer and a removable protective film disposed on the composite structure layer. The composite structure layer has a first side surface and a second side surface disposed opposite to each other, and is provided with a preconfigured hole passing through the first side surface and the second side surface. The first side surface of the composite structure layer adheres to a side of the display module facing away from a display side. The protective film is attached to the second side surface of the composite structure layer. The protective film is provided with a shielding region covering the preconfigured hole. The shielding region and the rest of the protective film can all be independently torn off from the composite structure layer.

Heat dissipation film for display module, and preparation method of display device

Provided is a foldable display device. The foldable display device includes a flexible display panel, a flexible cover plate and a flexible printed circuit. The flexible display panel includes a first foldable region and a first side edge. The first foldable region includes a first sub-region, and a part of the first side edge is a boundary of the first sub-region. The flexible cover plate is bonded to a first surface of the flexible display panel and includes a second foldable region. An orthographic projection of the second foldable region on the first surface is within the first foldable region, the second foldable region is bonded to the first foldable region, and the orthographic projection of the second foldable region on the first surface is not overlapped with the first sub-region.

Display device

The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus and an electronic device, relating to the technical field of display. The display apparatus may comprise a display panel, a main circuit board, a bridging circuit board, and a first shielding adhesive tape. The main circuit board may be provided on the back surface of the display panel; the bridging circuit board may be provided at the side of the main circuit board distant from the display panel, and may be connected to the main circuit board in a binding mode; and the first shielding adhesive tape may be provided at the side of the main circuit board distant from the display panel, and expose the bridging circuit board.

Disclosed are a display panel, a display device, and a terminal apparatus. The display panel comprises a display substrate having a backlight surface and a main flexible circuit board. The main flexible circuit board comprises a connection section, a fixed section and a test section. The connection section is arranged on the backlight surface, and has an outer peripheral surface comprising a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The fixed section is attached and fixed onto the backlight surface, and having one end connected to the first side and another end extending towards an end of the first side away from the second side. The test section has one end connected to the first side, and another end comprising a connection port.

A flexible support plate is configured to support a display panel, and is provided with a bendable region. The bendable region has at least one boundary line extending in a first direction, and the boundary line is part of a side of the flexible support plate. A plurality of hollows are arranged at intervals in the bendable region, the plurality of hollows are divided into a plurality of hollow groups arranged in the first direction, and each hollow group includes at least one hollow. For any boundary line, any one of the plurality of hollow groups has one boundary point, the boundary point is disposed on a contour line of a hollow in the hollow group to which the boundary point belongs, and the boundary point has a smallest distance from a corresponding boundary line in the contour line to which the boundary point belongs.

A display device is provided. The display device includes: a display substrate having a non-display side, a first driver being provided at the non-display side of the display substrate; a touch module comprising a touch layer and a touch flexible circuit board connected with the touch layer, the touch flexible circuit board comprising a flat portion located at a side of the second portion away from the first portion and a second bent portion for connecting the touch layer and the flat portion; and a supporting wall between the flat portion of the touch flexible circuit board and the second portion of the display substrate, and the supporting wall is located on at least one side of the first driver in a direction parallel to the flat portion of the touch flexible circuit board.

The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device, including a display cell. The display cell includes: a plurality of display pins and a plurality of cell test pins, which are arranged in a bonding region of the display cell; and a chip on film bonded to a side facing away from a display surface of the display cell. An orthographic projection of the chip on film on the display cell completely covers the display pins and the cell test pins.

Display panel and display device

A display module and a display device are disclosed. The display module includes a first flexible circuit board, a display substrate, and a touch sensor disposed on the display side of the display substrate. The display substrate includes a flat region and curved surface regions; the touch sensor includes first and second bonding regions; the first bonding region and the second bonding region are on a surface, away from the display substrate, of the touch sensor, stacked with the flat region and spaced apart from each other; the first flexible circuit board is electrically connected with the touch sensor through the first bonding region and the second bonding region; the first flexible circuit board includes a main body and first and second bonding connection portions; the first and second bonding connection portions are respectively bonded with the first and second bonding regions.

Display module and display device

A display device includes a display substrate, a touch module and a ring structure. The display substrate includes a first portion for display, a second portion located at a non-display side of the first portion of the display substrate, and a first bent portion for connecting the first portion and the second portion, and a first driver is provided at a side of the second portion away from the first portion. The touch module includes a touch layer and a touch flexible circuit board connected with the touch layer, the touch flexible circuit board includes a flat portion located at a side of the second portion away from the first portion and a second bent portion for connecting the touch layer and the flat portion. The ring structure is located between the flat portion of the touch flexible circuit board and the second portion of the display substrate.

A display module includes a display panel, a flexible circuit board, a driving control chip, a touch control chip and a protective structure. The flexible circuit board is bonded to the display panel. The driving control chip is located on the display panel or the flexible circuit board. The touch control chip is located on the flexible circuit board or the display panel. The protective structure covers the driving control chip and/or the touch control chip. And the protective structure includes a first insulating layer, a heat dissipation layer and an electromagnetic shielding layer that are sequentially disposed away from the display panel.

An optical film, a display screen assembly and a display device are disclosed. The optical film includes a light transmitting film and a light blocking film; the light transmitting film is a double-sided adhesive film, and the light blocking film is a flexible film and is connected with a periphery of the light transmitting film.
