A method for evaluating the possibility of a cigarette burning cone to fall off is disclosed. The method uses a manipulator simulation device to simulate the smoking of a cigarette, and measures the maximum deviation of the cigarette burning cone, and then uses angle summing and averaging to add the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cones measured for multiple cigarettes and obtain an average value, and then evaluates the possibility of the cigarette burning cone to fall by the average value of the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cone. The method is new, and compared with an existing method using state information of the cigarette burning cone 'falling' and “not falling,” the method can more accurately, directly and timely reflect the state of the cigarette burning cone.

A method of identifying tobacco carbonyl components using non-targeted mass spectrometry is disclosed, which includes the following steps: (1) preparing a tobacco sample extract; (2) derivatizing (part of) the sample/extract with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH); (3) derivatizing (another part of) the sample/extract with DNPH-d; (4) mixing the derivatized tobacco samples; (5) preparing blank samples; (6) performing ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and ion trap (Orbitrap) high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) on the (derivatized) tobacco samples; (7) processing the LC-MS data; (8) filtering the mass spectrometric characteristic data to retain final chromatographic peaks; and (9) structurally annotating or identifying the retained final chromatographic peaks to obtain the tobacco carbonyl components. The method quickly removes noise or interfering components in the original data set by multiple filtering of the mass spectrometry characteristic data, and enables obtaining composition information of aldehyde and ketone chemical components in cigarettes.

A non-sticking lip tipping paper is disclosed that includes a base paper, a color layer and a surface coating. The color layer is formed by printing and drying a color ink on the base paper; the surface coating includes a water-based glue and is coated thereon after drying the color layer. The water-based glue includes the following components by weight: 30-65 parts of a modified water-based resin solution, 10-20 parts of water, 8-15 parts of ethanol, and 5-12 parts of a water-based additive. The artificial saliva is used to clamp the tipping paper and the artificial mouth skin that are bonded between two jigs, respectively. The two jigs move relative to each other. The maximum debonding force obtained by the test is divided by the sticking area of the tipping paper and the artificial mouth skin to obtain the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper per unit area. The present invention relates to a prediction model for a lip sticking force of a cigarette tipping paper, a construction method and a prediction method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection. In the method, the stepwise regression analysis is performed on the lip sticking force and values of the dynamic friction coefficient and the grammage of the cigarette tipping paper to obtain a model for predicting the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper. When checking the accuracy of the model, it is found that the predicted value and the measured value basically fall near the 1:1 line, Rindex is 0.99, and the normalized root mean square error (nRMSE) is 2.64%. The present invention provides a method capable of quickly and simply quantifying a sticking force of the cigarette tipper paper to lips.
