This application relates to a battery, an electric apparatus, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a battery. The battery includes a plurality of battery cells and an insulation part. The plurality of battery cells are electrically connected by a busbar; and the battery cell includes a pressure relief mechanism, and the pressure relief mechanism is configured to be actuated when internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to release the internal pressure. The insulation part is configured to cover the busbar, to prevent emissions from the battery cell from causing short circuit of at least one battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated.

The firefighting pipe is configured to discharge the firefighting medium toward the battery cell in response to the pressure relief mechanism being actuated. Two ends of the firefighting pipe are a first end and a second end respectively. The first end is configured to connect to the collection pipe to allow the firefighting medium to enter the firefighting pipe through the first end, and the second end is closed.

The case includes: a thermal management component configured to adjust temperature of a battery cell accommodated in the case; a first wall provided with a through hole, the through hole being configured to communicate a gas inside and outside the case; and a condensing component attached to the thermal management component, the condensing component being configured to shield the through hole so as to condense a gas flowing into the inside of the case through the through hole. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.

A heat exchange pipe joint includes a first pipe and a second pipe that are separately formed and in communication with each other. The first pipe is detachably connected to a second side of the installation plate, and the second pipe is detachably connected to a first side of the installation plate. When the heat exchange pipe joint is applied to the battery pack, the heat exchange pipe joint in a split-structure requires a small operation space for detachment and installation. In this case, a process of taking out the entire heat exchange pipe joint from the case can be avoided. In this way, the detachment and installation of the heat exchange pipe joint can be easy and convenient, thereby facilitating the reparation process thereof.
